"Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back."

"Walked in room was very clean, nice fridge, microwave and TV’s staff very friendly bed very comfy and had a wonderful bath! Also outside there is a cute little pond with lots of Florida wildlife we seen a snake a gator and turtles! So fun and cool! Beach is right up the street and an ice cream hot dog shop next door great place to stay if you have kids!"

"Fantastic location. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Multiple life guard stations and beautiful beaches. Hotel pool was really nice and great way to cool down after the beach. Hotel itself was a bit dated but still overall nice and clean. It felt more historic rather than “old”. I would definitely stay again."

"I didn’t like anything that I would send my worst friend there. I went in room and turned around and took the key. I left. I booked for 2 beds and only had a 1 bed room. I feel like I should be reimbursed."

"The room was nice. Wished the fan could cut off. There was so much humidity in the room tho, the floor was damp, the sheets felt damp as well. Probably need dehumidifiers in the rooms. The staff was great though. The first room we were assigned had a clogged bathroom sink so they moved us to a new room."

Sunrise breakfast at Sliders is awesome. The unit came equipped with EVERYTHING you need to cook (or bake for that matter). Quiet, comfortable and effortless check-in and checkout. Great location Pool is very nice and well maintained Cons - pool chairs are very uncomfortable Shower head cannot be adjusted and no water pressure Sheets are rough and scratchy Paid parking at $15.00 a day ? Coffee condiments were not replaced for additional day"

"Excellent property, close to downtown. Very limited breakfast options. Bed was extremely soft, too soft for people with back problems. Overall a very good location to stay in Fernandina Beach"

"Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating."
