"The rooms are super run dow and poorly maintained- I literally at times couldn’t even get the bathroom door open unless I kept yanking it as it would just get stuck. The overall pretty just smelt like cigarette smoke all the time and my room just had a very old grime feeling to it. The breakfast was blah- expect power orange juice and run of the mill off the shelf muffins. There was only like 8 seats to sit for breakfast which made it hard to even really eat. "Very clean, very spacious rooms - the facility is obviously well-cared for. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast and coffee are admittedly pretty terrible, but there are plenty of other options around the Turkey Creek area (and Chobani yogurt and basic bagels/toast were available if you want to stick with the hotel.) Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate."

"On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. "

"Parking was fine. I rented two rooms for my family.one room had a open with no battery smoke detector. We came with hopes to use the pool and found upon our arrival the pool was closed our entire stay. Staff was noce and cleaning services were god. Rooms were dated just as the halls. I will not stay here again unless I learn issues are corrected. I have pictures of the open smoke detector and pool closed sign. I would like to hear back from Expedia."
