Great location, service from the front desk staff was great all weekend and all the staff in general were friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I want to come to South Beach.

I can't review Park Central hotel because I was informed that someone bought out the entire floor that included my 2 Queen beds with a terrace that I booked 2 months prior. Also I was told the hotel was remodeling that floor. Park Central hotel didn't notified me until the moment I arrived to check-in. Park Central South Beach upgraded our stay to the Bentley Hotel South Beach in their 2 bedroom suite. The Bentley Hotel room was very spacious, pet friendly, with a full kitchen, a lovely livingroom, modern and beautiful bathroom. Room was very clean, pretty and the staff was very helpful and so kind - the staff members of the Bentley Hotel were awesome!! Bentley Hotel offers a free continental breakfast, beach chairs, towels, coffee station, water and oranges station and 5:00 pm Champagne gathering.
