"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Dave is so friendly and helpful. As the notice at reception says, "arrive as strangers, leave as friends". He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. Thanks Dave, I'll be back!"

"All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience"

"Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from Lime Street station and roughly 5 minutes from the main city centre. Room was ok sized, did the job. Impressed with the fact that they had Sky and all the premium channels which is something you do not see at a hotel. My only issue was the fact the curtains don’t close all the way so light does come in. Would come back here to stay."

"The Hotel is clean and central, yet make note: no taxies are allowed down lane. One must walk with suitcase up lane to Main Street. Inconvenient if bad weather. It has no tissues either. Breakfast is a pastry and tea or coffee. Staff is nice and felt secure. No parking . Side lane off main drag Liverpool One . Room was nice with large window. No view . I liked convenience of it. "

"The room was clean but the bed was small. We were in a room with a great view of the Mersey but it was directly above a restaurant where there was loud music all night until 11pm. The hot breakfast station is quite small so there is a bit of a queue in the morning."

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"The apartment was comfortable, the kitchenette was suficient for quick meals and had most things we needed. The location is perfect as we covered most places we wanted to visit within 15-20 min walking distance, including Liverpool Lime Street train station."

"Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again."

"The apartment was lovely but few issues with water and electrcity going off. Had to buy bottles and bottles of water as had no toilet but this had took the lift out so no lift and we were on 4th floor and it was my husbands 70th birthday treat. Only one 2 seater sofa and there were 4 of us and take your ear plugs as the noise from Mathew street was deafening but otherwise the apartment was lovely."
