"Our room was small, but had an additional sunroom off the side. It was nice to look out at the fog on the mountains. The hotel was up quite a steep hill, however. It might not be good for someone who cannot do that climb. It is very close to a beautiful waterfall."

"The location was perfect - lovely hotel in the country. The aesthetics of the hotel suited the locale. The food was superb and the dining ambience (both inside and outside) made for an even better gastronomic experience. The family are professionals in service. The room was ok. There were 3 things I was not so comfortable with: - there were only 2 shade curtains which were not wide enough to span the windows so facing the east, sunlight crept in too early. - There was a tv but way too large...

"Wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen mitten im Schwarwald. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Tolles ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen und ab 15 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen auf Wunsch möglich. Küche sehr lecker. "Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gemacht. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zu Spaziergänge oder Velotouren ein. Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen gemietet. Das Bett für die dritte Person war schon sehr bescheiden und für eine erwachsene Person eher zu klein. Schade auch gibt es keine Bar im Hotel. Alles in allem ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel um ein paar Tage auszuspannen. "
