"Physical plant: Room was small but well designed and very clean. The view on the harbor was OK - not the hotel's fault - it's just that the harbor is nothing special. It was nice to have the large balcony. The rest of the hotel is very decent. Location: It cannot be any more convenient than this. Close to the train station, the tram station, the biggest shopping mall in Nagasaki. Service: Stellar! Check-in service, taxi service, restaurant reservations, check-out service, service at breakfast....

"The staff were so helpful at check in and check out as well as everything in between. The room was amazing! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I loved that the amenities were readily available in the lobby. The coffee bar in the lobby was great and I loved my drinks. Super close to a 7-11 which is important for me. Best stay of my trip! "

"The hotel was located right next to the shopping arcade where there were many stores and restaurants. It was also a short 10 min walk to Nagasaki warf. The breakfast was wonderful with well balanced food meticulously prepared. Free self serve laundry was so nice to have. Washers & dryers were clean and worked well. I would stay again."
