"Room was not clean. TV did not work. They sent maintenance and it worked half and half I couldn’t shut the TV off with the remote. Had to use the button on the TV said they were gonna come back and fix it never did check in was terrible I never had a problem before this time. It was awful. Normally I don’t have to deal with that. I get a digital key, but for some reason I didn’t get one this time stayed here many times, but this time was just bad."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great property. We didn’t make it to the breakfast area in the morning so I can’t comment on that but there was always cold water available which I appreciated. "

"Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. "

"The breakfast bar was very good and the location with the Embassy shuttle was perfect for our trip out of Newark airport to Sweden. Also, we took advantage of leaving our car at Embassy Suites for 10 days with a reasonably priced park & fly service."

"The bistro was at best a 5 on the scale of one to 10. The only thing good about your hotel was the staff! They are wonderfu. The people in the hierarchy of Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. For the horrible position, you put those people in because your properties, physically are shabby . And they have no support and they’re stuck explaining to the customers why you people are so cheap and that you don’t have an organized way in how you operate your properties. How anyone gives good...

"It did the job. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent! There were many things that need to be repaired or replaced in the room but they didn’t negatively impact my one-night stay. "
