"This was a fantastic place to relax, although a little dated the room was spotless and comfortable.
The staff were marvellous and nothing was too much trouble.
We didn’t have breakfast but had lunch and dinner a few times, the food was delicious, especially the fish specials, they are definitely worth a try.
You can sit outside in the evening and really enjoy the sea air, love this part of the world and the seal beach which is a short distance from the hotel."

"A nice hotel that just needs a spruce up. Basic room that had ‘old lady perfume smell’ but clean. Friendly staff. Limited bar. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Looks more like a retirement home than a hotel."

"A beautiful property. You can see they've really maintained the elegance of the house. There were just a few small things like the ceiling was a bit cracked, the faucet cap was missing, and the toilet needed to be pumped in order to flush. But the staff were great and the food was very good so all in all, I would recommend it as a place to stay."

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests.
Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived.
Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
