"I found sleep very difficult as there seemed to be a very noisy boiler (caldera) in my room or very close to the bed. This made noise for most of the night. I asked reception to call me a taxi and they would not, I was just given a list of companies I could call. Also as a lady with a suitcase no help offered with my bags."

The room was very small but clean with a lovely en-suite shower room attached. the beds were very comfortable. "What a lovely find! The Shakespeare Suite is fantastic. We had Sunday lunch and would definitely recommend it. I’m gluten free and they catered for me no problems. The staff were lovely and friendly, chatted to us, were attentive and nothing was too much for them! Breakfast the next morning was great. Good choice and freshly cooked to order. "
