Parc de Dallas Landing

The visit was not terrible; however, the website and all reservations sites should state that the pool in unavailable. The front desk hostess was really nice, and I understood that was beyond her control. The comforter on the bed did have some stains on it. The berry waffle mix was delicious, but the regular coffee creamer was old and clumped up in the coffee.

The rooms were always clean, toilet, shower & hot water was always available. Refrigerator & microwave in room was a plus. Oh my God the staff was superb, friendly. Professional & above all kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I'm ever in Snellville or Lawrenceville again.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room was okay. Shower curtain would not stay closed so the floor was soaked because the tub/shower was small. Carpet at the entrance into the room was puke stained as well as other areas in the hall on the 4th floor. Thankfully the room was not carpeted & seemed clean. Our air conditioning was tremendously loud and rattled when it kicked on but it did keep the room cool. The bed was comfortable. There was no ice machine except on the second floor and the front desk did not know that. The pool water was murky. We did not stay for breakfast the next day. The staff was friendly. The lady cleaning rooms was the most knowledgeable about the location of the ice machine. Hotel is older and has had some updates but needs a thorough hall cleaning and bathroom update.
