Coffee and muffins available in the courtyard each morning. Reserved street parking was convenient. Good overall experience."

"The key they assigned to my room did not work. The front desk attendant changed my room for another room. I use the card key one time then I couldn’t get into the other room he assigned me. I can only get into the room do the attendance key which is very inconvenient. Plus they wanted a $50 deposit that I will get back through credit card 5 to 8 days. So I gave them cash to get the money back the next day overall there’s a lot of problems that I didn’t have to go through if I went to another...

"This is a wonderful hotel! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds are built for relaxing and sleeping well. the staff of the hotel are delightful people. The breakfast is amazing! We were there for a family visit so I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the outdoor areas, but they also look beautiful. I’d stay here anytime I was in Vero. It’s just a gem of a place."

"Property needs an update. 1st room wasn’t cleaned properly (used bath soap and shampoo in shower) and had musty smell. Changed rooms 2nd night much more decent but hallway smell of mold or mildew was heavy. "

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "Room was disgusting. You can tell the bathroom and room walls havnt been cleaned in months if not years. TV didnt work. The pool hasnt been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. "

"We stayed in unit 10. Very small room for two queen beds. A king would have been just right. One bed was against a wall making it difficult to get out of it. Only one nightstand for two beds? The TV was impossible to watch from one of the beds. Dining / sitting area was tiny. Had to move the table out to sit in the other chair. The AC unit was difficult to operate with the remote supplied. It did not cool well. We were thankful a cold front came through Sunday to cool things off. There was no...
