"The Seaspray Surf Lodge is a true gem. Great location right across from South Beach Park with easy access to the beach. Neat rooms with a 1950's vibe but completely updated furniture and decor. The whole place is also just the right size, intimate and quiet."

"This is the finest Hampton Inn we have enjoyed. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, the front desk staff was top notch, the breakfasts were fine, the property is spotless, and the room was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and beds were perfect for restful sleeping. There is a very nice outdoor pool. High five!"

"The property Management company was very helpful and attentive. We made the reservation for the Captains Quarters on the 3rd floor facing the Atlantic Ocean with an amazing Beach ⛱️ view. I recommend this property for a Beach getaway. The only inconvenience is there's no elevator. "

The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning.
