Parc Boombah-Soldiers Creek

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Kev at front of house was brilliant too! Rooms were cleaned every 3 days but if you ask at reception in the morning for the room to be freshened up they will do it. We had a room with a balcony, it didn’t have the best view but it was somewhere for myself and my husband to sit in the evenings while the kids were in bed. The roof top pool was lovely and not overly busy, we always managed to get a sun bed no problem. Breakfast is a small, busy area and offers something for everyone to start your day. The hotel is in a great location and close to lovely restaurants and local transport stops.

Our room was not ready when we arrived due to water issues at the hotel. We were relocated to a room at the hotel next door, which was in poor condition. The room was dirty, and the sink was clogged with standing water. We had to stay there for approximately four days, which was a very disappointing experience. We received only $200 in compensation, which did not come close to covering the difference in value or the inconvenience we experienced. We paid significantly more for our stay at Nobu than what we received in return, and the hotel was unwilling to adjust the rate to reflect the accommodations at the neighboring hotel. Overall, we were very disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the level of customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

What an amazing Hotel !!! 5 star experience in my opinion, loved how friendly every employe is, they def made you feel welcomed. The view I had from room 3221 was absolutely amazing of downtown miami.
