"Comfortable beds and good breakfast"

"The room was very nice and the hotel seemed like it was newly renovated. Great water pressure for showers with warm/hot water! The air conditioning was spot on and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast lacked some as it was the same choices everyday and they were very limited but it was free/included so I’ll take something over nothing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the workers seemed friendly if we had any questions. "

"ダレス空港からメトロで最寄駅のロードアイランドアベニューまで1時間くらい、駅からホテルまで閑静な住宅街を抜けて徒歩20分程度です。近くにターゲット(スーパー)、スターバックスがありました。朝食は土日は7時から、それ以外は6時からで、ベーグル、シナモンロール、ベーコン、オムレツなど。スタッフは明るく丁寧に対応してくださいました。部屋も広くて快適でした。"

"The room was dirty. Yet smelled of strong chlorine bleach. The tv was burnt out and unwatchable. The bed screeched with every movement. Empty and out of order vending machines. Not enjoyable at all. It was a roof over our heads for a night. Unfortunately just run down."

"I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!"

"When check in then go to room and found out there no pillow on the bed and I report front staff and give me another room but found out toilet is not working again then notify to staff again there kind of waste time for nothing that I am not appreciated the room."

"My wife and I found our room to be very comfortable and quiet. We arrived at Union Station from Boston via the Acella. It was an easy five minute walk to The Phoenix. The Capital was an easy 20 minute walk. The hotel’s Dubliner restaurant was far too noisy for us. The food was OK. The Corner Cafe was just a couple of hundred feet down the road and the breakfast food was very good. We would not hesitate to stay at The Phoenix again."
