"Great location! Amazing staff!"

"Coin laundry washer was free and dryer was 100 yen for 20minutes. That was great. it was great to have free ice cream after going to the onsen! Location is very convenient and near shopping and the castle."

"Dated but adequate. A barebones hotel that is convenient and comfortable for a quick, one night stay. The hotel has an excellent selection for breakfast and provides a shuttle service to the train station. Sadly the front lobby staff is not very friendly and definitely not as helpful as all of the other hotels that I visited on my trip. They also do not provide complimentary water as was listed on their website !"

"The staff were very friendly. The washer and the dryer worked great. It was very close to the station"

"It’s good for staying a person."

"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The man running the place was helpful, and kind. He got up at 3am to help the people leaving for a mountain journey, everyday that I was there. He also did some praying around 5:30am, so if you're not ready for that it can be a bit surprising to wake up to lol. But overall it was lovely, and I will think of this place the next time I'm in Azumino. It is far out of town tho, so keep that in mind!"

"This is a quality hotel. It is more utilitarian. It is not a high end hotel but it doesn’t pretend to be."
