Parc Arctic Benson

We stayed at Puffin Inn last night in Anchorage and it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Room and bed were tiny, room was uncomfortable. Bugs in room, and then worst of all the hot water wasn't working so we had to take a freezing shower. Told the front desk and they basically said oh sorry and that's about it. Never again Puffin Inn

Amazing hotel embraced with nature

The girl that checked us in was very friendly. We went back and asked her the next day about when the parade was coming thru on Saturday morning so we would know what time we needed to leave in the morning to miss the closed road. She looked it up for us. We met Tina, the owner, when we were checking out. She offered to help me carry my suitcase! She was very sweet. The property had been remodeled two years ago and it was really nicely done and very clean. We enjoyed our two nights there. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable. It was a great location.
