"The breakfast staff was unkempt. Not very professional standard of dress. The bed itself was uncomfortable. This was not up to the Hilton standard and not value for money."

"The “Queen” beds were more like full sized beds and too small for 2 adults. We brought extra bedding and glad we did as one person made a pad on the floor. The fridge was nice to have although it swung open towards the wall and door and it could be easily fixed by adjusting the swing on the appliance. "Stayed 1 night and I would definitely stay here again. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by friendly and efficient hotel staff. There were no issues with our room as it was ready when we arrived and exceptionally clean. Hotel has a nice sports bar/cafe and is also used for breakfast. Our rate included breakfast buffet which was not only convenient but included a variety of options."

"This is the worst suite at a Best Western I have seen in my many years of travel. Don't expect to have meals using the kitchenette. There is absolutely nothing in it. See my pictures to view the short comings. I was going to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first night. A few of the issues were: birds living on the balcony with poop all over it.
