"The hotel was really lovely compared to others in the area. We walked to the tower from our hotel it took 40 mins. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We could see the sea from our room, the pleasure park backed on to the back of the hotel it was spectacular. Breakfast was lovely for £19 per person I would recommend this hotel for your stay. The tram is across the main road to the left To get to the tower they only take card payment."

"Fabulous three nights spent at this gem of a guest house. Steve and Elaine were perfect hosts, going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice, room and bathroom were as good as they could be. Comfortable bed and powerful shower (always a must in my book) were spot on. Parking available for a decent price. The Arthington is a winner in Blackpool and fully deserves all its plaudits."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Linda and Tony have a rare gem of a place with The Scarla. Linda has personally styled the place with a unique blend of art deco vs modern and it works superbly. We could not fault any part of our stay, from the gorgeous room, comfy bed, tasty food but most important, what truly makes The Scarla a true gem, is Tony and Linda. They are the most welcoming, friendliest couple. You can see how much they enjoy meeting their guest, chatting with everyone at breakfast...

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...
