Welcome to our newly updated apartment, where comfort and style come together to create a truly inviting space. Whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a little bit of both, our apartment offers all the modern amenities you'll need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Step inside and you'll immediately notice the fresh, contemporary decor that brings together elegance and warmth. The living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring plush seating and a smart TV for your entertainment. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the area or attending meetings.

We strive to have our apartment clean and welcoming - our apartment has the perfect touch to make it a memorable getaway.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

Apartment was super clean and perfect for a couple. Note: bathroom is downstairs and bedroom is upstairs. The road noise was definitely apparent, but after a night or two we got used to it. It’s definitely not something that should deter you from staying in this centrally located apartment. The host was great with communication. The only thing I would add to the kitchen is a toaster.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and nicely maintained. It is exactly as seen in the photos. The sound machine in the bedroom was a nice added touch, as you are right along a main road. The host was very communicative and helpful. It’s a reasonable distance to Amish Country and shops.

Nice apartment

The apartment itself is really nice. Full kitchen, bath, comfy bed, everything you need... and the town nearby is cute with good farm stores and coffee shops. The bedroom doesn't have blinds in the back and gets really bright/there is a sensor light that goes on and off at night. The host did mention it's on a highway, but it's truly a highway with lots of loud trucks, so if you need a dark, peaceful room to sleep, this might not be the best for you. Otherwise, it has all the conveniences you need.

Visiting family before the holidays

I had recently moved my 91 dad from PA to Maine after my mom passed. My sister and dad’s side of the family are still there in Chester county. We chose the Tiny apartment to be close to family. With my dad being older I was worried about late night bathroom runs to the bathroom. He stayed on the sofa bed. It was very comfortable for him. The place was perfect size for us. We had a little snafu to start but Kathryn was wonderful to work with and quickly met our needs for extra blankets and sending the welcome book to my email. The upstairs bedroom was very comfortable and the bed was perfect. I really personally enjoyed the little Christmas tree they had set up in the living room to make it festive for the time of the year. It was a sweet touch. Things to consider if staying in the winter. It’s an older building which has been renovated. It was a little drafty downstairs. I suggest warm fuzzy socks or slippers. To be fair, it was the coldest week PA has seen in a while. My dad likes to catch up in the news. The free app for basic tv had some connection issues but we watched a couple movies in the evening that were fine. Most people won’t have as much downtime as we did probably to watch tv. Lastly bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Road traffic was more noticeable the first night including trucks honking, but only one night. None of these caused me to lower any rating because it was perfect. We’d absolutely stay there again when we come back if it’s available.
