"King room (suite?) was spacious and we loved having the “kitchen” with full fridge, stovetop and microwave. This gave us so many options for our meals. Bed was comfortable. Property seemed new. "The stay was very good but there was a hot water problem. On that note, regardless of the problem, a cold shower in any hotel is always a Big Problem for someone paying so much. "This was my first trip to Saugatuck, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I’m a hotel snob (annoying to both myself and anyone I travel with). Rob called me and I was immediately set at ease.
