Park City Silver Cliff 108 the perfect vacation getaway, any time of year! It is perfectly situated across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, putting you a quick walk to the slopes. And just six blocks away is the famous Historic Main Street, where you can enjoy world-class shopping, restaurants and the always-exciting nightlife. Also nearby, you will find Starbucks, grocery stores, liquor store, and more!

This single level condo has been remodeled, and features 1,370 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms that can easily sleep up to eight guests.

Entrance to the condo is from the communal garage. After taking the elevator or stairs to the first floor, you enter via the front door. The condo's entryway offers a bench and coat rack, and then you'll step into the main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining spaces.

Living Room: The living room has comfortable furnishings, including a full-size sofa sleeper, a 55“ HDTV (with cable programming and Blu-Ray DVD player), and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. This space offers multiple access doors to the balconies where you can enjoy the views some fresh mountain air.

Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and a convenient kitchen bar with seating for three.

Dining Room: The charming dining area has seating for six.

We come to PC annually and rent from VRBO and this was our best rental yet. The accommodations were roomy and clean. It was about a 10 minute walk to Town Lift which was fine since there was little snow on sidewalks. Might be a little trickier with more snow. The only frustration was not being able to get a fire going since there was no kidding andcfire starters and the wood that was there didn’t work. Otherwise, a home run.

The property is nice. But on the first day, I discovered the front door didn't lock. Finally, they said maintenance would deal with it the following day. I didn't want to leave my things in an unlocked condo, so remained there all day. The company seems to think "We will take care of our guests unless there's an emergency, in which case they're on their own." Safety is a fundamental rule of hospitality, but apparently not to them.

The property was in easy walking distance to the lifts and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Major complaint is that the 2nd bathroom is tiny with no room when opening door as well as a slippery shower stall. Also, some areas of the living room were drafty and could hear the footsteps of people in unit above. Overall it was a comfy place to stay and we would come back.

We stayed here in early February and enjoyed the property very much. It's a quick walk up the street to the base of Park City and about a 0.75 mile walk to main street town. The host was responsive. The hot tub wasn't hot our first night but this was quickly remedied adn worked perfectly the rest of out trip. Would recommend, but tight with 7 people.

The condo is warm, inviting, great beds and clean. It has everything to make one's stay in Park City wonderful. Wood buring fireplace, easy access to shops, restaurants and walking paths. Beautiful view! We would stay again.

We were completely satisfied with this stay. The condo is so thoughtfully appointed, nicely up-dated, and perfectly set up. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean, kitchen had everything we needed, dining room table roomy, ac in bedrooms was nice, balconies were wonderful, plenty of space, and the location was great. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was very inviting, warm, clean and set up perfectly! From the online photo, I thought it might be a little kitschy, but in actuality it was nicely decorated and fit well with the picturesque/western theme of Park City! We kept joking we were in a Hallmark movie. Lol. The beds were comfortable (the couch pull out bed was a bit less so, so my daughter just opted to sleep on the couch), the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was very clean and well stocked with all our cooking needs. Plenty of pillows and blankets too! The hot tubs were close by and awesome to soak in after a day of skiing! The elevator was handy too for moving luggage and taking out the trash. As for getting to the ski lifts, it was up just a half of a block (although it is a pretty good hill - but short) and across a parking lot. We opted to valet our skis and boots each day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the condo which made the walk much easier! But it is not too bad even with ski boots on and carting skis. Overall, it was a joy to stay there and I would definitely do it again. Thank you!!

Downside is the noise of upstairs residence. Dog barking quite a bit and children or young adults jumping at all hours. Know this is not managements responsibility for noise management, but was an issue. Cleaning of upstairs was an issue, vacuuming at 11pm is not okay.
