The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #72 has one-bedroom, a loft, and two-bathrooms that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Located on the top floor of building II, access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

When not experiencing one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, prepare a meal in the efficient kitchen, complete with a dining table that offers seating for four. Comfortable furniture in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Glass doors lead to a private patio where you can relax on Adirondack chairs, take in the towering evergreen trees, and soak in the mountain air. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is located on this level for added convenience and a queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping configurations.

A spiral staircase ascends to the second-level sleeping loft, main bedroom, and second bathroom. The main bedroom lends itself to a good night’s rest in a cozy queen-sized bed. The loft offers a twin-sized bed with a trundle bed. The conveniently located shared bathroom has a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower combination.

Condo amenities include wall-mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms, three TVs, ceiling fans, and a wall safe.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are available during the summer.
