Located on the sixth floor of the renowned Westgate Resort, you are granted access to endless entertaining amenities, customer-oriented service, and a slope-side location at Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Amenities include a premier spa (Serenity Spa at Westgate), five hot tubs, two saunas, two large steam rooms, the largest heated indoor/outdoor pool in Utah, a second outdoor pool, a quiet adults-only indoor pool, a kids club, ski storage and equipment lockers, a state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment (four TVs, four treadmills, four ellipticals, three bikes, weights, and 18 exercise machines), a game room (two pool tables, air hockey, and 16 different arcade games), a picnic area, a playground (jungle gym, slide, monkey bars, and swings), and sports facilities.

This property comprises two individual condos, which, when rented together, offer a combined space of approximately 1,200 square feet. As you enter condo A, you are greeted by a luxe open floor plan with exquisite wooden accents and ski-themed decor. Spend tranquil evenings in the beautiful living room, featuring a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. An open, well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces, including all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of counter space, and an island that serves as a dining area. The bedroom boasts a huge smart TV, impressive views, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Upon entering condo B, you will discover an inviting open living area with refined wooden accents here and there. Curl up comfortably on the sofa and watch a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services after a terrific day on the slopes. The condo also includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The attached bedroom offers a comfortable bed, mountain views, a working desk, and another smart TV for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
