Designer-caliber residence, excellent location for ski or summer with fabulous views, covered private parking, superstar style and sophistication, Lil' Chic Chalet is for you. Celebrity designer created a two-bedroom flat, each with its own spacious en-suite private bathrooms and a "wow" powder room and a large private hot tub. This is on the shuttle route, so easy ride-to-ski or to ride-to-town for drinks, dinner, shopping. Three minutes from Deer Valley slopes and St. Regis for lounging, dinner, apres' or spa day. Fab kitchen; open floorplan; large tvs; exterior patio with large hot tub looking out on the lakes and Deer Valley slopes. Dramatic, welcoming and oh-so-sexy for those who appreciate the best. Roaring stone (gas) fireplace or use the A/C for summer (right off patio is the paddleboard lake for running, walking or taking a relaxing walk). Five-star for those who appreciate the decadent designer lifestyle. Romantic, glamorous and functionally fab. This residence is overlooking the Deer Valley lake, where you have amazing views to the mountains, great run and walk paths, moments to Deer Valley Cafe and is on the only paddle-board lake in Park City with paddle boards available for rent just moments away. Great views of the mountains, close to the Deer Valley concerts and a large private hot tub to relax. You sleep steps from beautifully manicured babbling brooks and Deer Valley A-list lake and lunch spot - all within seconds. Great running and walking paths abound.

Holiday Note - During this Xmas and New Years holiday we have a minimum of 7 days or a minimum of 5 days through Xmas and 5 days through New Years. Sorry about the confusion. Thank you! :) Just ask.

Relaxing, Comfortable, Convenient

A group of our friends stayed at this spot for Sundance and we had the best time. The home is spacious, clean, and has amazing amenities. The hot tub was a great addition and the view was wonderful. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners are very responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous location and super comfortable condo! We enjoyed our 5-night stay, especially the beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, easy access to Deer Valley skiing and the hot tub. We used the free bus to go to the resort and Park City. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Trip

We had a great stay. Location to downtown Park City and proximity to Deer Valley Ski area was great. We used the free shuttle daily to head to the slopes. It was nice having two en suite bathrooms - worked perfect for our teenage daughter to have her own space. We enjoyed the fireplace and appreciated the ample coat, boot and shoe storage areas within the entry way. Only suggestion would be to add a snow shovel to shovel a path to the hot tub and a few extra towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit, on bus route, so easy

Loved our week in this unit. Two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a half bath. Big kitchen and living area. Hot tub looking at the ski slopes and fireplace inside. It was bigger than I thought it would be, very clean, well stocked kitchen. So easy to get to the slopes - either driving our own car, with it's covered parking, or taking the bus. Can't imagine a nicer two bedroom in the area.

A very Chic Chalet!

Me and my family loved this property. It is located right next to the bus stop to conveniently take you to the base of the mountain/lifts at Deer Valley. Everything was provided and every detail was thought through. The heated master bathroom floor was definitely a nice addition! The beds and linens were comfortable and clean. This was our 2nd time to Deer Valley and we loved this condo! We enjoyed sitting by the fire, the hot tub, cooking in the kitchen, and playing scrabble! We will definitely book again!

Family Ski Trip

Our stay at the Lil' Chic Chalet was amazing! The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Being on the bus route made getting to Snow Park super convenient - but we enjoyed walking home at the end of the day.

Amazing condo and location

Condo was well decorated and equipt. It was very comfortable and the location was great for DV skiing. Shuttle was a breeze and the unit has underground parking. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful- newly updated unit. Does not feel like a rental or VRBO. Loved it.

Highly Recommend!

Great place to stay for skiing… cool updated finishes you will love to come home to. Comfy beds. Two master suites with private baths. Underground garage parking. Bus runs every 15 minutes from right at the end of the driveway entrance. A minute or two from Deer Valley slopes and a minute or two the other direction to Main Street for dining and shopping. So convenient and host so available and accommodating. Would not hesitate to rent again and highly recommend.

Beautiful designer condo! You must stay here!

How fortunate we were to find this listing. We have rented many places over the years for skiing etc and this has been the best! The location near Deer Valley and Park City is so convenient. We had access to a parking garage with steps next to our space right to the condo. If using the free bus around town, the stop is right outside the building. We had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is modern and well stocked including bar accessories and a beverage refrigerator. The bedrooms and baths were beautifully decorated and super comfortable . We had access to our own hot tub (we enjoyed with all the snow we had) and a patio that I know would be lovely in warmer weather as it looks over the lake. The owner was available for questions and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!!
