Welcome to Silver Star Hawk’s Hideaway, your ideal home base for a fun-filled and relaxing summer escape in Park City. Perfectly located in the sought-after Silver Star community, this luxury retreat is just across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course, steps from hiking and biking trails, and only a short walk or quick drive to Park City Mountain Resort. With the free Park City transit stop right outside your door, getting around town—from Historic Main Street to Deer Valley and beyond—is a breeze. Whether you're here to golf, explore scenic trails, bike the mountain, or dine at the award-winning Silver Star Café just around the corner, Hawk’s Hideaway puts you in the heart of it all.

Inside, this spacious multi-level townhome is designed for comfort, connection, and summertime memory-making. With two separate living areas—each with a fireplace, TV, and board games—it’s easy to gather together or spread out and relax. The chef-inspired kitchen features everything you need to cook up meals after a day outdoors, and there's dining space for up to 11 between the table and bar. Step outside to the balcony for a casual meal on the gas grill (outdoor dining setup coming soon) or unwind in the private 8-person hot tub while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

With four well-appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (including two undergoing beautiful updates to be completed mid-June), there's plenty of space and privacy for your group. The luxurious king master suite offers a fireplace, balcony, steam shower, and soaking tub—your personal sanctuary after a day of adventure.

Guests also enjoy full access to Silver Star’s upscale community amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fire pit—perfect for relaxing and enjoying those golden summer evenings.

Why you don't want to look any further for a place to stay:

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Location, location, location!  Hawk's Hideaway is located in the Silver Star complex with it's own ski lift (we cannot guarantee the availability of this lift. See note above) and a 5-star cafe. Just across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course.

• Less than a mile from Park City Mountain Resort!  (3-minute drive or 17-minute walk) Access to FREE transit system just outside your door (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060) will take you anywhere you want to go in and around Park City.

• 2 living/family rooms, each with a fireplace, TV, and board games for family fun!

• 4 bedrooms, each with private, en-suite full bathrooms (2 bedrooms are currently being renovated - the current bunk room will become a king bedroom and the current double queen room will become a bunk room with 2 twins (end to end) over 2 queens; completion expected, but subject to change, on June 30).

• Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and more.

• Dining seating for 11 between the dining table and bar.

• Gas grill on balcony with outdoor dining (coming soon).

• Luxurious King Master suite with fireplace, small balcony, steam shower, and soaking tub.

• Private 8-person hot tub.

• Community amenities: Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, and fitness center.

• Central A/C for the summer months.

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Overall Impression

We loved the property and everything it had to offer. Very well stocked in kitchen and the location was great. My issues were very few: the carpets were very dirty; many of the blinds did not close; fan remote did not work in master bedroom; locking the door to the outside in the downstairs was a problem. Overall, we enjoyed the property and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.
