The perfect family vacation awaits you in this beautiful, cozy condo nestled in the pines at the Red Pine Condos in lower Canyons Village. Whether you're here for skiing/hiking/biking, our location is ideal. True 5 minute walk to Cabriolet lift, and the Canyons Village transit hub for free busses. Historic Main Street is only 10 minutes away for amazing restaurants and shopping. We are also one of the few condos with A/C to keep you cool during the summer.

The condo is 1,100 square feet and features faulted ceilings, and amazing natural light. Gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter and A/C to keep you cool after your summer adventures!

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook away from home. Plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, cooking utensils, keurig coffee maker, drip coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil, pots and pans, mixing bowls, electric griddle, and crock pot. Wine opener and wine glasses.

Comfy living room has seating for 6, large 55" TV with cable, gas fireplace and sliding glass door to large patio with outdoor seating and propane BBQ.

Master bedroom has king bed with 50" smart TV and Cable and opens to master bath (also a bath entrance from kitchen)

Upstairs has two lofted rooms. As you approach the top of the stairs, there are two sets of bunk beds lining the wall (4 twins)

At the end of this bunk space, you can go straight in to a large bath, or left in to a queen bedroom (this is also a loft open to bottom floors - but providing more privacy than bunk space.

- ski closet for your gear right inside front door
-plenty of bath towels, hand towels
-pool towels for your use
-starter Keurig pods and ground coffee

SUMMER: 10:00am to 9:00pm
WINTER: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

The pool, hot tubs, and sauna are CLOSED for maintenance and repairs during the following periods: the second weekend in April until the Friday before Memorial Day, and from the day after Labor Day through Thanksgiving.

NO PETS.
The HOA doesn't permit any pets on the property.
