The views were amazing we witnessed the Sandhills cranes nesting and had wonderful walks and runs. The Bake Shop and Hills restaurants are walkable and top notch quality. Such a great location!

Great Place

Had a great stay here! Cozy condo with most anything you need for a long stay. Walking distance to quite a lot of amenities and restaurants, and a short drive to the slopes or Main St.

This was one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in on a mountain vacation. The location was fantastic, the hot tub a welcomed treat each day and the views were stunning. I only hope we can visit again one day! It made our Christmas vacation very memorable. Thanks!

House was clean and perfect for my family. Location was ideal. Instructions were simple and easy. Loved the view and amenities. Loved it so much we already booked the property for next year’s vacation! Highly recommended!

The view from the unit was fabulous as was the location. Bike/jogging trail right out your door and a number of restaurants and shops were walkable.

Location is fabulous. Condo was comfortable, we have stayed in these condos every time we visit Park City. It is nice to have all the nearby amenities as well as the bike path right outside the door.

Location! Location!

Awesome stay! Location is perfect for all things Park City. Directly across from the Olympic training center. Very comfortable…hot tub was nice after long day hiking. Great communication with the owner/management!

Very Nice Property, Great Location

We rented for 10 days, it was the perfect condo for our family ski trip. Two nice bedrooms and the day bed in the hall was great for an occasional guest. My wife and I, with two of our adult daughters enjoyed the shops, restaurants of the neighborhood and easy access to the slopes.

Beds were great. Hot tub was so relaxing looking out into the preserve. 3 bathrooms were so convenient. We never heard the neighbors, which was nice. Parking in the garage was great. Location was easy to get to and walk to restaurants. I’d go back for sure.

Great location!

What a perfect spot! Great access on the edge of park city. Beautiful views out the back door. Plenty of space. Great neighborhood. Overall great experience. Can’t wait to stay here again. Next time we visit Park city.

Great View and Perfect Location!

The view was so beautiful! There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area was very safe. It was nice to have a sidewalk to walk/run right outside of the town home wth amazing views. Shirley was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Family Friendly & Easy Access

We love staying at Newport Townhomes and this one was no exception. 10 minute drive to The Canyons and having all essentials including grocery, restaurants nearby is very convenient. And we love walking the trail along the beautiful Preserve. We had a minor issue upon checking in and the manager was able to help us immediately. We will definitely come back!

Great Location and Condo

We first stayed at this condo in 2017 and when we were making plans to return to Park City this March we were delighted to see that this property was available. It is in a great location to walk to restaurants and stores and in close proximity to Deer Valley where we ski. The condo is very clean, equipped with everything you might need to cook, lots of fresh towels and plenty of room for two couples. The view from the outdoor hot tub is spectacular and we enjoyed it every night of our vacation. Hopefully, we’ll have the opportunity to rent this condo in the future.

very pleased with the condo, the view, all the amenities, the manager. I slept in the large bedroom and had a difficult time with the valley on the left hand side of the bed. Also it would have been helpful to have a guide to using the tv. Otherwise we were very pleased with the unit.

Great Experience

The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. I would definitely book again. Enjoying some coffee in the morning in the hot tub was amazing! The fireplace would not turn on and it would have been nice to turn it on in the early morning and at night. The property manager Simon called and said he would be out either that evening or the next morning, but he never came out. Even though the fireplace would have been nice, it by no means ruined the trip. Overall, I would recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back with my wife and two boys. 5 out of 5!

A condo with a lovely view.

Everything provided for a trouble free stay. Convenient location for necessary foods shopping , for a reviving coffee or relaxing ale, or for a healthy walk on the path in front.
