Located in the Timbers Luxury Estate neighborhood at the Canyons ski resort, this ski in/ski out chalet on Red Pine road is perfectly positioned to promote incredible family memories year after year!

Uniquely, the Timbers neighborhood at Canyons Village is one of the only private home neighborhoods that is ski in/ski out, yet still easily accessible to the historic Park City Main Street. Unlike many of the other ski in/ski out neighborhoods which geographically can be treacherous in winter and a long drive down the mountain in order to reach restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!

Red Pine Ski In Ski Out Chalet 91 offers easy access to main roads while offering immediate ski access over to the Canyons Village base lodge, boasting its own restaurants, lifts, and boutiques. Guests can also utilize the Canyons Regional Shuttle to Canyons amenities or walk to their destinations from this location. This property truly offers the best of both worlds, nestled in the evergreens, with local restaurants, shopping and amenities right out your front door.

This gorgeous mountain estate offers big timber trusses and beams, vaulted ceilings, beautiful stone work throughout, luxury bedding and furnishings, a grand kitchen and dining space built for entertaining large groups, a theater space and entertaining room with billiard table, and a private hot tub. Sleeping a total of 16, the home's family room spaces are designed to accommodate the whole group. Having a European flavor, coupled with modern upgrades and technologies, this property is perfect for the most discerning travelers.

The Cal King grand master offers a double sided fireplace, an ensuite washer and dryer, new state of the art mattress, black out shades and heated flooring for added comfort in the spacious ensuite spa-like bathroom retreat.

There are three additional Cal King master suites offering similar amenities situated throughout the home. In the lower level, a Queen suite is offered off of the family room with two Queen beds sleeping 4, and ensuite bathroom.

There are additional sleeping offerings, with a Queen sleep sofa in the office, and two Twin convertible chairs available as well, offering lodging for a total of 16 guests. Additional pack and play cribs may be available by request.

In addition to the Canyons Village ski experience, guests of this home come year round to enjoy hiking, biking, art gallery strolls, 4th of July getaways, and more. The home's positioning makes it perfect for all four seasons of adventure in Park City.

Not ski in/ out and not close to Main Street, poor management

It was not ski in ski out. There is about a quarter- half milk walk on a road and flat ground to get to a lift. This lift was closed during our entire stay even though there was plenty of snow. We then had to walk another half mile to the gondola. Even if the lift were open it was a decent walk- not ski. The management company was slow and rude. The first person I talked with was at least nice. They didn’t follow through on several small problems. When the manager called, Natalie, she went on and on about “how am I supposed to know what snow conditions will be and do you expect me to check every rout personally. . . I had to interrupt her to say I didn’t need to hear all of her defenses. I either wanted a solution or merely an acknowledgment. The house is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the home. The management company made it a problem. Just little things like a missing remote and the ac was turning on in main room and there was no manual and the iPad with info wasn’t working. It could have been handled so much better. It’s also not close to Main Street. It’s about an 18 minute Uber ride after waiting 10 minutes for the Uber to get to the house. Definitely not walking distance.

One of our best vacations ever

The house was huge and beautiful. It was nice to have some of the bedrooms separate from the rest. Even though there are only five bedrooms, there were mattresses and linens that could be used in the movie room and the basement to allow for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kids loved all the games and we loved the hot tub, the huge kitchen table, the ski room with plenty of room for all our ski stuff, and the proximity to the slopes. The only thing slightly difficult was figuring out how to use the movie room with more than just the two dvds that were provided, but we worked it out. Even though we don’t like to go places twice, we may have to make an exception for this beautiful place!

Excellent experience

This is a very large house that is in a great shape and is in a very convenient location. There are five plus bedrooms and also mattresses are available as well. The host responded quickly and there were no issues at the property. Location is convenient since you can ski into the house from the mountain. Absolutely loved it , will come back

Great get together

We have skied at park City since 1978 and much has changed from then. The evolution of ski in-ski out properties has greatly enhanced the experience and particularly a home for 14 people. The home was lovely with nice separation of sleeping quarters. The theater and game area was a big hit as well as the large family room were we spent much of our time. Of course the 100 yard walk to the slopes was the icing on the cake, which allowed us to avoid the crowds and retreat to our private paradise in the trees. Thanks to Mountain West vacation Rentals for thew home and being responsive to our requests.

Perfect for 4 Families!

This house served our needs perfectly for a 4 family, 18 person vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, with sufficient privacy and separation across age groups, genders, etc. Proximity to the slopes was great (despite poor snow conditions during our trip dates). Rebecca, the property manager, couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable regarding the local area, best practices, etc.

The house was perfect for a large group! Rebecca was amazing. She answered all of our questions immediately - and there were a lot! Wonderful property, would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Timbers over Thanksgiving week. Every detail of our stay was covered from the pre-planning to check out. The home exceeded our expectations as did Rebecca and her team. The kitchen provided everything I could have imagined to prepare our Thanksgiving feast (even a Turkey serving platter!). The theater room was the surprise of the stay, you have your very own movie theater, even forgot we weren't in an actual theater. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing Stay in Park City!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was a perfect way to spend Christmas with the family. The home has recently been remodeled and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. I think the highlights are how comfortable the beds are, the movie room and air hockey. Not only is the house great for a large group, the management company is super accommodating and quick to respond. If we have the opportunity to stay here again, we would in a heartbeat.

Awesome House, Great Location, Excellent Property Manager, equals Outstanding Vacation

If you like the photos on the website, then you will love the house. There are no surprises because what you see in the photos is what you get. A very nice yet comfortable, family friendly home. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and my family and I stayed for 4 nights. There were 9 of us ranging from a 90 something year old great grandmother to a 2 ½ year old and 6-month-old. The house was great in that it gave us all room to stretch out but spend time together in the huge great/family room and kitchen. I enjoy cooking and found the kitchen stocked with everything I needed from making a basic pasta dish to chicken coconut curry. There is also a very nice outdoor gas grill located adjacent to the kitchen that worked great for steaks and burgers. The kitchen has everything from large baking and serving dishes to large and small mixers, crock pots, and everything in between. As mentioned in previous reviews there are many stairs to navigate which we had no issues with. In full transparency, if stairs are a concern, you would probably want to check out another of Rebecca’s properties since you must use stairs to reach each bedroom. All devices and appliances worked great. The air conditioning system is environmentally friendly and economical and will ensure the house remains cool even when the days are hot. Regarding the beds, yes some of them are high off the ground but some are also lower, and my family found them to be very comfortable. We enjoyed playing hard all day and winding down to a movie or games at night. The location allows you to easily go to Park City, Salt Lake City, or the Olympic Park. It is also very convenient to contact one of the local “adventure” companies to enjoy a day rafting, fly fishing, or take a guided RZR tour through the beautiful country. If all else fails, you can walk around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. Finally, having rented numerous homes over the years, I cannot over emphasize how much it means to have an involved and caring Property Manager to ensure that everything from your booking to arrival and most importantly your stay, goes well. I found Rebecca to be an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive with questions. She really makes you feel at home and gives you the confidence to know that she will respond to any concerns and make sure you have a great trip. We had an awesome vacation at this property, and I would highly recommend it to any
