Relax and retreat at The Oslo, a spacious 3-bedroom / 2-bath top-floor home with sky-high ceilings & tons of extras in the exclusive Bear Hollow community in Park City. Private, beautifully appointed, nestled in the trees and close to everything. Huge soaking tub with jets in the master! Enjoy DirectTV, Xbox, high-speed wifi or a board game. Just 5 mins from the slopes at Canyons, 10 mins from Park City Mountain, 15 mins from Deer Valley, and just 30 mins from SLC airport! Central AC, assigned underground secure parking space, private patio, community clubhouse with gym, pool and multiple hot tubs.

THE SPACE
Gather the whole crew in the living room on two comfy leather sofas, gaze out into the treetops, or watch something on DirectTV or your favorite smart TV app. Plenty of board games, puzzles and card decks to play with and books to read if you’re craving non-digital entertainment. Please note the fireplace is non-functional.

THE KITCHEN
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, coffee machine, toaster and wine rack.

THE DINING ROOM
The dining room table seats 7, and there’s barstool seating for 3 more.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, full-size dresser with a TV & Roku, walk-in closet, and a two-sink bathroom including a giant soaking tub with jets and a shower. There’s an easy-to-inflate queen air mattress with linens in the closet.

QUEEN BEDROOM
The large queen bedroom has two bedside stands and a full dresser in addition to the closet.

TWIN BEDROOM
The twin bedroom has two twin beds & a full dresser plus a TV with an Xbox.

GUEST BATHROOM
The guest bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

PARKING
Guests will have access to one dedicated parking spot in the secure underground garage with elevator access.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The private Bear Hollow community is a Park City gem because it’s beautiful, secluded, family-friendly and close to everything. Just 5 minutes to the slopes/hikes/rides at The Canyons, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Bear Hollow has a community clubhouse with a pool (summer), hot tub (year-round), gym, BBQs, a large lawn area for sports, plus there’s a more private hot tub just downstairs from The Oslo that’s exclusive to the small condo complex.

The entrance that leads into Bear Hollow is less than a mile from the I-80 freeway, so it’s convenient to get to the airport and Salt Lake City. It’s also less than a mile to the restaurants, shops and amenities in Kimball Junction—oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles from the Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and a lot more? (This is maybe more dangerous than a double black diamond.)

- Fireplace is currently NON-FUNCTIONAL.

- There is elevator access to the unit.
- No smoking inside or on the patio please.
- This home sleeps 6 in beds, two in the master bedroom, two in the queen bedroom, and two in the twin bed bedroom.
- Top-of-the-line Electrolux washer & dryer off the hallway.
- There’s a private outdoor patio with seating.
- Smith’s & Whole Foods are both less than a mile away for groceries.

For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

It was a fine,clean well stocked three bedroom . Location is good for park city ,deer valley and Cotten wood resorts. This is my 5 year staying at bear hollow and recommend it . I really appreciate getting in to an indoor garage before heading to mountains . 2 hot tubs avail for use and full gym

We had a nice trip. The condo fit all 6 adults just fine. The kitchen was not as clean as other VRBO’s we stayed in. It needs a solid deep clean. The main bathroom shower did not work very well. It was nice having access to a hot tub and being able to park in a heated garage was a bonus. Gas fireplace did not work well and set off the fire alarms. So we couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. Condo is close to everything In the area.

We had a great week here. Great location and nice condo. Two things that would make it perfect: coat hooks by front door for ski jackets and a cabinet with Saran Wrap, olive oil and salt and pepper. We have never rented a VRBO that didn’t have those things as part of “stocked” kitchen.

This property is located in a very nice area of Park City. It was convenient to shopping and skiing. The indoor parking and washer/dryer were nice bonuses. However, the unit being listed as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is deceiving. Because the Master Showerhead is locked into position, the Master Bathroom shower is not functional for anything except washing hair. So this unit has 1 full bath and a master bathroom with a bathtub, sinks and toilet. We did have issues upon arrival with the Master Bed, as the Property Management had placed dirty Queen flat sheets on top of a King sized bed. However, upon contacting PMI, they quickly resolved the problem and provided us with clean, appropriately fitting sheets. Overall, this is a nice condo, and with a bit of bathroom improvements, I would give it 5 stars.

This condo was very modern and well-furnished with room for six adults comfortably. The location is a short 10-minute drive from Canyons and Park City resorts. We highly recommend this property. The property manager was very responsive in correcting one minor concern that arose during our stay.
