Our building is undergoing a planned exterior renovation from April 6 through December 2nd, 2026. Work includes scaffolding, stucco, painting, and deck upgrades. Guests should expect some construction noise and activity during this period. Please stay off the patio during this time as the balcony and windows may not be accessible due to construction materials. We want to be fully transparent so you can book with confidence and set the right expectations for your stay.
