  • BIENVENIDO A ASPEN CREST NORTH ... una de las dos unidades ubicadas en Old Town Park City. Esta casa mide 1.100 pies cuadrados y cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños; 2 balcones privados; y exposiciones meridionales, orientales y occidentales.

    Ubicado en el corazón de Old Town Park City, nuestro hogar lejos del hogar le brindará lo mejor de todos los mundos, con la excelente ubicación de Old Town, fácil acceso a senderos, excelentes vistas y una comodidad acogedora. Con dos dormitorios y dos baños completos, esto es perfecto para una familia pequeña o un grupo de amigos.

    Aspen Crest es prácticamente ski-in / out. Es una caminata rápida y plana hasta el final de la calle y una corta travesía hacia la carrera Norfolk Access de PCMR, que se une a la carrera Quit'n Time, que conduce al Town Lift. Desde la puerta principal, está literalmente a menos de 10 minutos de disfrutar del esquí o el snowboard.

    Para restaurantes, bares y tiendas de Main Street; Es una caminata de cinco minutos por tres juegos de escaleras mantenidas por la ciudad, que lo coloca en la parte superior de la calle principal, junto al restaurante Grappa y el Pub Wasatch Brew, dos de los destinos más populares del casco antiguo.

    Te sentirás instantáneamente como en casa entre la encantadora decoración presentada en toda la unidad. El concepto de espacio abierto es funcional y confortable.     Ambas habitaciones se encuentran abajo. El primero cuenta con una cama queen de espuma de memoria premium, pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y terraza privada. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble sobre lleno. Donde sea que duermas, los edredones gruesos y las sábanas acogedoras te garantizarán una noche de descanso reparador.

    Centrado en Old Town Park City, tendrá mucho que ver y hacer inmediatamente a su alrededor. Con telesillas, pistas de esquí y los restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento de Main Street a pocos pasos de su puerta principal, no puede vencer la comodidad de esta hermosa casa.

Great old town ski in/ski out

Fabulous Park City ski option

We loved the accessibility to the ski slopes and the ability to walk into the old town. The house is great for a family, it had everything we needed and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. We loved the views, thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay and it was a wonderful time skiing at Deer Valley, and the surrounding ski resorts. This was a great spot, very clean, and close to all the restaurants and activities in Park City. We look forward to returning. A few suggestions:Boot storage or tray for entranceSoundproofing the master bedroom as the TV or any sound from upstairs runs straight down the vent to the bedroom.

Cozy and Comfortable in a Cute Neighborhood

Perfect spot for skiing and getting to DT. The description of the condo and reviews were on point. Host responses were quick and friendly! There are A LOT of stairs to get to/from Main St BUT it was kind of nice to walk off all of our yummy dinners each night. Super easy access to

This was such a cute and cozy place for my mom and I to stay for our girl's trip! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. While there are 3 flights of long stairs to get to Main Street (not suitable for everyone), Main Street is really accessible by foot. We wish there had been streaming available on TV for us to unwind and watch our shows for the night - that's our biggest piece of feedback!

Great location, but the property needs better cleaning

Loved this place in Park City, it was just about everything we were looking for. Great location, views, comfortable size for two adults staying for a week. Sadly the townhome needed a more thorough cleaning and closer attention to detail: bath mats were not clean, stained shower curtain, the living room floor had dirt and small wood chips on it, the BBQ gas was empty, the dining room chairs are causing terrible scratches on the floor.

Great stay, will be back

The house, layout, location are great! Everything we were looking for. Perfect for two friends. My only disappointment was the TV set-up. It’s time to update and pretty easy and inexpensive to do nowadays.

Nice location and host.

Location is great. The house is clean and hisr is responsive. You can walk to town. Please take the recommendation of a 4 Wheel Dr. seriously. Even with the four-wheel-drive we had a hard time getting up the steep road. Jodi (host) was great.

Great Location, Need updating

There are two great things to highlight, the location is formidable and the property management was wonderful, responsive to make us have a great experience. The home is not on great shape, but has lots of potential if the update and upgrade. Out last comment was that the house initially had the appearance of been a warehouse for clutter, but it got fix quickly by management.

Overall decent rental

Good rental property and location with basics provided, except (1) TV had no Netflix or prime access and also the tv didn’t always work; (2) shower in main bathroom downstairs didn’t drain well, and (3) make more clear the property is only “ski in and out” for confident intermediate or advanced skiers, not for beginners.

Great location

Great location! The property is just a short walk from the Quit 'N Time run that you can take to the town lift. Also, there are stairs a few doors up that you can take all the way down to Main Street. The only downside about the property is the second bedroom with the bunkbeds. The top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling and my kids complained that the bottom bed was not very comfortable. Also, the washer and dryer is located in a closet of the bedroom with the bunkbeds.

A wonderful spot in Park City

We loved staying here for a week of skiing in March. The place is perfect for a family-- our 2 adult + 2 kids family fit very well. This was the best stocked place we've ever stayed-- plenty of towels, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. We also used their recommended grocery shopping service-- just perfect to arrive to food in the fridge! The location is great-- just up the hill via straight stairs to main street. We didn't have a car-- the bus system was easy over to deer valley-- and ski in/out access nearby to PCM. Overall-- wonderful and highly recommended!

Superb Park City Spot

Outstanding host - highly accurate description, hospital clean, great communications, terrific flexibility (travel weather impacts). Outstanding place - superb location to historic Park City (direct stairs walk down to Main Street at north end.) Nicely furnished, down to the silverware and bathroom accessories. Easy WiFi, multiple Cable TVs. Well appointed. Nice. Outstanding value. (CAVEAT Reviewer's opinion) Considering the 'sticker shock' cost of ski-in/ski-out lodging here.... this is a terrific alternative - a 'poor man's' ski-in, ski-out. Walk a half block to end of street, get on access ski trail, ski down to Town Lift (never crowded) and your skiiing. That's it. Also, Deer Valley is literally a 5 min drive from here, also.
