Black Bear #105 is the ideal place to enjoy your stay and with 2 master bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it can accommodate 6 guests.



    The Space:

With a premium location in Deer Valley’s Silver Lake area, you can walk to the slopes in less than five minutes. Abode’s newly renovated Black Bear #105 is the ideal place to enjoy your stay and with two master bedrooms and three bathrooms it can accommodate six guests.



    Beautifully remodeled in elegant contemporary style, this two bedroom condo still quietly celebrates the mountain setting. A tasteful blending of modern mountain and western influenced art is thoughtfully arranged throughout the house. A sleek gas fireplace is the center of a beautifully furnished and comfortable living area where you can enjoy a cozy evening after an active day. Or, the selection of classic board games and cards can make for a fun night with friends.



    Any cook would be thrilled to create a meal in this fully equipped, gourmet kitchen that has all the extras, like a Nespresso Vertuo machine with a variety of complimentary espresso/latte pods, and an instant crockpot/rice cooker combination to name a few. A wonderfully unique chandelier illuminates an intimate dining area with seating for four where you can enjoy your meals together. Just outside the living area is a patio and brand new private hot tub, with Bluetooth sound system, where you can just sink in and relax under the stars of the gorgeous night sky.



    This sophisticated sense of design extends into two beautiful master suites, each with a comfortable upholstered king bed and ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in stone and tile shower with euro glass doors and floating quartz vanities. Black out drapes in the bedrooms make for the ultimate restful sleep. This home also has central air conditioning for your comfort during summer months.



    It’s hard to beat the accessibility and comforts of the Black Bear Lodge. Friendly, personal service and little extras like welcome gifts in your room upon arrival, and fresh complimentary coffee in the lobby, add up to make your stay a very pleasant one.



    The Black Bear Lodge offers many guest services to enhance your stay, like an on site front desk and complimentary local shuttle**. The lodge is also on the Park City Transit route for additional easy access to Main Street, Park City Mountain and beyond. The outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym are open year round for our guests' enjoyment. It's only a short two minute walk to the lifts from Black Bear Lodge and there’s no need to worry about carrying skis to and from the slopes every day. Deer Valley Resort conveniently offers complimentary day and overnight storage at the Silver Lake Lodge base area.



    *One (1) underground garage parking spot for this unit. Please note, visitor parking is extremely limited in this area. We recommend only one car per reservation if possible. If you have an oversized vehicle please refer to the information on the main website.

Stunning Residence Near Silverlake Lodge

We had the best family vacation in this stunning residence. It is as beautiful as the pictures, very comfortable and in a fabulous location within walking distance to Silverlake Lodge, the shops, and skiing. We were greeted by friendly staff and they were available throughout our stay. We much preferred staying here than a hotel! We dream of returning.

Such a perfect space for our small group. Perfect for two couples since the two suites are identical. The hot tub was great after exploring the mountains during the day. The décor style was a nice blend of mountain modern and rustic. We will definitely be back!

Re: Excellent Deer Valley Ski Vacation

We travel to Park City and Deer Valley twice a year on average. This Black Bear unit was the best property we have ever stayed at. The unit was entirely upgraded, including the furniture. We have stayed at other Black Bear units over the years and they were nice but not to this level. The location could not be beat. Little things that made a difference were the comfort of the beds and the high end sheets. Additionally, the staff at Black Bear Lodge were great and helpful. We will definitely return.
