The Urban Flat In Paris team offers six privileged guests the opportunity to stay in this beautiful 135 m2 Parisian apartment.



Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a kitchen opening onto a living room/dining room and 4 bedrooms, one of which has its own private shower room.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm,

3 shower rooms, 2 of which have toilets and 1 independent toilet.



Concerned about your well-being, we ensure to offer you a meticulously cleaned and disinfected apartment. Similarly, for optimal comfort, we always provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, regardless of the number of people indicated during your booking.



A cleaning service is available for apartment cleaning at the request of clients.

Near the windows, the superb table awaits eight guests to share good meals.

In the living room, cosy armchairs, a design sofa and a sumptuous coffee table invite relaxation.

In peace, the three bedrooms, one with a study area, all have soft bedding, plenty of storage and televisions.

The three magnificent shower rooms have been adorned with onyx for your cocooning moments.



Our jewel is nestled in one of the most prestigious Haussmann districts of Paris. Located between the Madeleine and the Opéra Garnier, it is also just a stone's throw away from the Galleries and Printemps.
