Quiet duplex with private garden and terrace

Your cozy getaway awaits in Paris at this wonderful apartment. This duplex is reachable through a long courtyard on the ground level . it features a large living room space with a fully equipped kitchen opening to a 50 m2 private garden with its own terrace -even during a heat wave the apartment remains cool with the garden-. The full bathroom is on the same level, The bedroom with a queen bed is reachable with a spiral starcase. There is a separate washer and dryer in the apartment , Enjoy the tremendous comfort and convenience of this charming retreat in the heart of the city but totally away from street noise. The immediate neighborhood has plenty to offer with a daily farmers market ( le marche mouffetard), plenty of bistrots and bakers and the convenience of three metro lines at walking distance ( 5, 7 and 10 ). We will meet for check in at the apartment and remain available throughout your stay if need be.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1pm.

Property manager met us promptly and gave a quick and thorough intro to the property. The entrance is through a private parking are (see photo) and the outdoor patio was nice private space to enjoy breakfast. The neighborhood had plenty of good options for eating, good access to public transport, parks, and areas for running (photo) and biking. A great neighborhood adjacent to the main tourist areas so was great for walking.

The communication and assistance was great. I accidentally booked an extra day, and the host very kindly removed the extra day. The flat is around the corner from an amazing pedestrian street lined with cafes, bakeries, cheese and wine shops, coffee shops, and every type of restaurant and bar. It’s not far from a metro stop. The furniture and decor were underwhelming. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was bright. The storage is great. We had a nice bathroom and loved the washer and dryer.

Superbe appartement, situé au calme, mais à quelques pas des commerces restaurants métro et bus. Le jardin est un atout indéniable. Toutes les nécessaires disponibles et présence généreuse d’alimentaires. J'espère vraiment revenir !

This apartment offered welcome relaxation after long days of enjoying Paris and nearby towns and villages. The courtyard was peaceful and quiet, a perfect spot for morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour. While the entire apartment had much to offer us, we especially appreciated the cozy bedroom which was on the second floor and looked out at the tops of trees through two sets of large windows. Olivier was so very attentive and I look forward to another stay in a future trip.

Lovely sanctuary

We loved this space and Olivier took good care of us when we had questions. Having the bed upstairs was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. The linens were fresh and white and perfect. There is a circular stair up to the bedroom, and I was a bit nervous about it, but it was easy to navigate and we got used to it right away. The kitchen is well equipped and the patio is such a nice feature! This place is quiet and peaceful and very private: the perfect place to rest after a day of museum hoppingThe location is ideal. There are so many wonderful neighborhoods in and around Paris that I won’t claim this is the best, but it is close to Rue Moffetard, with its many restaurants, fresh food vendors, etc. and there are many more chic little areas to find. The big museums, the Seine, and fancy shopping are all a quick metro ride away - or rent a Lime bicycle. Then, you can come home to your own little oasis. Did I mention there is an adorable small park across the street?

Amazing terrace and garden in the center of Paris

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and quiet. The private terrace and garden are amazing. The location is very convenient due to its close proximity to rue Mouffetard's various stores and delicious restaurants. It is only a 5 minute walk to jardin des plantes, which is beautiful to walk and jog through.Our host Olivier was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment.
