LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
Situated on the top floor of the apartment, the living and dining area epitomises intelligent modern family living with an open-plan design that fully revels in the unrivalled views across the city. A vibrant red sofa and Regency furniture bring a soulful mood to the lounge, while the Eiffel Tower looms large over a cosy dining table with room for four guests.

KITCHEN
Sleek in its monochrome styling and fully equipped with all amenities, keen chefs will feel inspired to put their cordon bleu credentials to the test in a kitchen that beautifully captures a picture-perfect Parisian view.

BEDROOMS
Benefitting from direct access to a balcony terrace, the top floor bedroom is serenely decorated in notes of navy blue and hosts a relaxing double bed and desk. Situated on the ground floor of the apartment, the second and third bedrooms are both enlivened by accents of royal blue and are equipped with double beds.

BATHROOMS
Nautical notes infuse the first bathroom, equipped with a capacious walk-in shower, wash basin and the washing machine and tumble dryer. Soothingly neutral in style, the second bathroom plays host to a bath, shower and wash basin. Two separate WCs can also be found adjacent to the bathrooms on the ground floor of the apartment.

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. The WC is separate from the bathroom and one room will be locked during your stay.  A double sofa bed can be found in the living room. Please note, there are no blinds in this room. For any guests staying during the warmer months, please note there is no shade on the balcony which can get very warm. The apartment is located on the ninth and tenth floors of the building and can be accessed by a lift to the ninth floor. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
