I had mixed feelings about my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel room was extremely tight for three people and could have used a much deeper cleaning. The pull-out couch in particular was very dirty, which was disappointing and uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent throughout our stay. Some days items were restocked, other days they weren’t, and we frequently had to call the front desk to request basic things. For the price we were paying per day, we really shouldn’t have had to keep asking for essentials.
Room service was also limited, especially for kids. The drink menu was available, but many of the ingredients were missing, so several drinks couldn’t actually be made.
That said, I want to recognize one standout part of the experience: Patrick at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond for us. I celebrated my 50th birthday during this trip to Paris, and Patrick was the only person at the hotel who made it feel special. His kindness, professionalism, and consistent effort each day did not go unnoticed, and I sincerely appreciate everything he did for us.
If it weren’t for Patrick, I would likely rate this hotel 2/5. He was the highlight of our stay! Thank you Patrick!
