The Space:

Welcome to this charming 35 m² studio apartment on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Anne in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



The studio is furnished with 1 double Murphy bed. The flat has a shower room accessible via the hallway; the toilet is in a separate water closet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a tv, dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.



The kitchen is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual electric radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue Saint-Anne sits at the heart of the 1st arrondissement, just steps from the Palais-Royal and the Louvre. The street is well known among Parisians for its cluster of Japanese restaurants and izakayas — one of the best Japanese dining streets in the city — and the surrounding blocks mix elegant arcades with everyday neighbourhood life.



The Palais-Royal gardens are a two-minute walk, offering one of Paris’s most peaceful green spaces surrounded by covered galleries, independent boutiques and cafés. The Louvre is equally close, and the Tuileries, the Seine and the Pont des Arts are all reachable on foot. Rue Montorgueil, with its daily market stalls, fromageries and wine shops, is a short walk northeast.



For transport, Pyramides (lines 7 and 14) and Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (lines 1 and 7) are both nearby. The neighbourhood sits at the crossroads of the 1st and 2nd arrondissements, making it one of the most central and connected locations in the city.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
