Enjoy our magnificent 90 sqm apartment located on Place du Tertre, in the heart of Montmartre, where the lively atmosphere comes alive among bustling terraces and street artists’ easels.



Situated on the 2nd floor without an elevator, this elegant, air-conditioned apartment has been designed with high-quality materials and features two king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.



The Space:

Completely renovated and designed by our team, the space of this apartment offers modernity and conviviality, the living room offers a wonderful view to the Place du Tertre and the feeling to our host to really experience the beauty of one of the oldest area of the capital.



The large living room offers a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 (160cm), a large smart TV, a nice dining table for two and a fully equipped open kitchen.



The two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and lot of storage and each one has a smart TV. The two spacious bathrooms (one ensuite with a toilet, the other one separated next to the 2nd bedroom with a separated wc) perfectly combine modernity and functionality.



At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from connected televisions and high-speed fiber optic wifi.

Great location in Montmartre

-Good access to local restaurants. Keep in mind there are lots of steps in the area, and our flat was on the 2nd floor (aka 3rd floor to Americans). We are almost 70 years old. It was not a problem for us, and it's good to know what you are looking forward to. All in all... we enjoyed the location, and the flat was clean, well appointed, and was as described.

Comfortable flat in the heart of Montmarte!

This property is located right on Place du Tertre, steps away from Sacre Coeur and a stunning view of the Eiffel tower. There were A LOT of people just outside our door, but whenever we took a car, we were dropped off around the corner, or just down the street. Accessing the apartment is a bit confusing at first, but there is a description with photos on Pick a Flat. Customer service was also available via chat within minutes.The apartment itself is very comfortable. The King beds were firm, and there is a split bath - with sinks in each - as well as an en suite bathroom.The kitchen has all of the basics, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. There are a lot of steps in the surrounding area, and leading up to the flat on the second floor. The restaurants are also open until about 2am, and there was some street noise from garbage and delivery trucks.Overall, our stay was magical. I especially loved the kitchen window view - it was just like a painting. Highly recommend staying here as a family or group of 4-6!

Magnifique!

This was an excellent stay, all around. The accommodations were exactly as they appeared in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space, the ease of the location, the refreshed and clearly recently renovated finishes. Arriving and gaining access was a breeze, the hosts were extremely attentive at all times, which we greatly appreciated. Their kindness and prompt responses were really special - they understand and practice luxury hospitality really well. I am more of a cook, so hoped there might be more in the way of food prep accoutrements, but what was provided was enough to put something decent together for a couple of nights. We couldn't stop remarking about comfortable the bed was! We ended up sleeping in most days because the bed was a glorious cloud. Also, there's ample closet space, which was really nice, too. There were some things that were broken or missing upon our arrival that we advised the hosts immediately about. However, we were assured that we wouldn't be charged for them, and again, the hosts were so, so kind and reasonable. To be right on the Place du Tertre with the Sacre-Coeur was magical in a way that only Paris can be. While the surrounding streets and the square were always pretty busy during the day, it wasn't loud or obnoxious - at all. And the new windows in the flat really provide great sound proofing. The most that we heard was the slight hum of people passing through.10/10 recommend and can't wait to return!

The property was beautiful and in the perfect location. There were many levels of security and we felt very safe. The area had great dining locations that stayed open late. Very walkable! Will definitely stay here again!

In the middle of it all

Great location in Montmartre with everything you need. Despite the plaza being full of people (mostly tourists) the noise inside was not a problem. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, or take the Funiculaire near the Sacre-Coeur to go up/down to the metro. We would definitely stay here again!
