On the ground floor overlooking a wooded courtyard, a bright house where you will appreciate the peace and quiet. Composed of a living room with convertible sofa, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, dining area, open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and double sink and 1 toilet, independent which can accommodate 8 travelers.
This apartment is equipped with an ambient noise detector to avoid disturbing the neighborhood and as such in case of excess an agent can call you and move

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

You will be charmed by the neighborhoods around Place de la République and the Canal Saint Martin. Carried by its great diversity, the 10th arrondissement of Paris, rich in history and still alive, is pleasant to explore with its air of romantic old Paris.
At the end of the rue de Marseille, you will discover the St Martin canal and just at the end of the street, Chez Prune, the noisy and coveted café of the district. Trendy fashion brands flock to the neighboring streets, rue Dieu, rue Yves Toudic.
A district rich in cultural activities
Several concert halls, the Alhambra, the New Morning and the Antoine Theater have been livening up the neighborhood's nightlife for several decades.
