Inmerse in the nature. Exclusive. Silence and peace. Lots of flora & fauna. Well priced as opposed to other pricy places who charge just because having the hot springs. Because limited ammenities, is probably more for couples or adults. I do recommend it.

Parador is a dream. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, you will be treated like royalty. The staff provided amazing customer service throughout the whole stay. Everywhere you went, the amenities were well-kept. The spa was top-tier, and the restaurants were delicious. I would recommend this resort for families or couples because it separates family and adult areas. I expect the other hotels I stay at to live up to these standards because Parador is one of those places that raise the bar. This was truly a five-star experience for me.

What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there.

The property was great. Great location, pool, proximity to the beach, etc. Had some plumbing issues with the room, which sucks, but they changed our room shortly thereafter. Would recommend staying

The view at this hotel is amazing, but the hotel has fallen into disrepair. We almost never had hot water, which they seemed to be able to remedy after our complaining but then it would go out again. The pool swim up bar was never open or operating during our stay. There was a smaller pool with jets that looked like a hot tub but it wasn’t hot or operational. The quality of the bedding and furnishings was budget hotel level. Stained ceiling, missing knobs, musty cushions. The breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant was great. Walking to the beach is somewhat challenging and potentially risky on the winding narrow road. I wish I could be more positive but it was overall disappointing.
