Protaras Sunrise Beach Holiday Villa is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the heart of Protaras and just a few steps from Sunrise Beach and all amenities. The house offers partial sea views, 150 square meters of living space an outdoor private pool, BBQ as well as a roof terrace.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. Living room also offers a double sofa bed so villa can comfortably sleep 8 people. On the upper floor you will find two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with good seaviews overlooking the pool. Baby cots are also available on request. Further up there is a spacious roof terrace offering excellent views of the sea.
