Great villa for family holiday

Family of 5: 3 boys aged 4-11 for a 2 week break. The villa is good size and plenty of room for everyone, pool was clean and large with deep & shallow end, pletnly of sun lougers and outdoor seating. Inside large comfy sofa and what was lovely is that all the walls downstairs have doors, so you can have an inside/outside living and create a lovely breeze throughout the house to keep cool. Barley used the aircon downstairs because of this. Kitchen has everything you need, washing machine is slighty tied and sounds like its going to take off on final spin but clothes came out clean. The freeze size slightly small, but meh. Bedrooms all had own aircon units and worked great, all beds comfy and plenty of towels. At the moment the villa isn’t overlooked by anyone, so really nice and private, BUT… there is lots of building work going on and I suspect that will change, I would still recommend staying as everywhere has building work going on and unless you pay through the nose, most villas are overlooked somewhat. There was building work whilst we was staying there, but it wasn’t that bad and normally stopped by midday because of the heat. The location is good, but if you are staying at the height of summer its not walkable to the beach or anywhere really with children. Its too hot and you will end up carrying everything and them! So would recommend a hire car. This is only reason I gave a 3 star for location. Communication with the host was great

Pernera villa

This villa is situated within walking distance of sea and nearby shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and was only let down by the close proximity of building work. Would not return until this is completed as there was a lot of n and dust.

Pleasant Retreat

We knew our stay was going to be positive from the outset, with prompt responses from the local management team to our last-minute enquiry. The property didn’t disappoint with lovely pool and a nice layout. As with other reviews perhaps a little tired in places at this end of season but nothing a good lick of paint won’t cure. There is building works going on in the area but didn’t detract from our stay. Lots of choices w.r.t. food within walkng distance including around and near Kalamies beach, and other great locations to explore around this coast.

Lovely Area and Stay

2nd time staying at Villa Isabelle and another fantastic time . Villa has plenty of space with a very spacious pool with sun on it most of the day (Would get a bit more evening sun if 2 tall trees were trimmed which would be nice ). The area is fantastic with excellent restaurants and lovely beach walks . 3 big bedrooms and nice layout downstairs . Only negatives are that downstairs could do with a bit of TLC (new fridge and washing machine)and the outside furniture could do with updating (however still very functional). Overall would recommend staying here and look forward to returning .

Great Location and villa

Just back from a lovely break in Pernera. Villa is excellently located and just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Pool and air con were a godsend and the villa suited our needs. Restaurants in this area are fabulous, and the areas is less touristy than Protarus which is good. The villa catches a lovely breeze round the pool and gets sun plus shade all day long so it’s easy to take cover or sunbathe. Pool was cleaned every other day and was lovely and clean. Whilst there is only one bathroom the shower in this property has great water pressure so whilst there were 6 of us, we were in and out. The property has solar heating but we didn’t need hot water to shower just to wash up as the water is already warm on cold so we never ran out of hot water. All in all a great villa. The only thing that would be a good addition to the villa is an oven glove, a grill rack for the oven grill and a sweeping brush to keep the floors clean during our stay 🙂. Sorry if we left the floors a bit messy!

Property was a little tired and needs updating . Blinds in main bedroom missing slats. Could do with more light occluding blinds in there. Blinds in lounge had stains . Property management company very helpful and quick response to our queries and issues .

Fabulous Villa

Beautiful villa very quiet area. Pool area great with sun and shade. Bus stops not far away but we had a hire for our stay so was able to visit the different beaches. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher microwave and washing machine.

Great house for a Cyprus vacay in the sun

We were three friends in the house for a week and it made the perfect base for our one week vacation. (The house sleeps six, but with only one bathroom a max of four is more suitable) The house was very clean when we arrived, and the welcome package with wine, bread cheese etc was a nice surprise. We especially liked the pool area - very clean and with plenty of sun beds. Also the sitting area by the pool, where we enjoyed breakfast all mornings. The area is nice and quit and not touristy at all - it seems to be a good mix of locals and rental houses. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely rent the house again if going back to Cyprus.

Wonderful holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at Villa Isabelle.. The villa was lovely and spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers age 16 and 13). The pool is larger than most in the local area and is well maintained. The pool cleaners visited regularly throughout our stay. There are plenty of comfortable sunloungers around the pool as well as 2 sets of garden furniture. There is plenty of sunshine all around the pool area but there is some shade from the palm trees, which is needed in the heat. The villa was clean and well presented with plenty of spare bedding and towels . The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many times over the holiday. The location of the villa is perfect, it is is in a quiet corner of the development with no one overlooking the villa. It is only a 10 minute walk to the local beach (Kalamies - great ice cream van and lovely restaurants ) and about 7-8 minute walk to the bus stop. We didn’t hire a car, the local bus service is brilliant and good value with buses running every 15 mins 7 days per week. We took the bus to the Metro supermarket (sells everything you could ever want and more). We also took the bus to Protaras, Konnos beach, Ayia Napa and the water park. The beaches in the area are beautiful and the sea is perfect for swimming. Snorkelling is a must as there are so many beautiful fish to swim amongst. We had excellent communication from Kishor at Prestige Villas prior to our stay with all our queries answered quickly. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely return to the villa for another holiday.

JUST PERFECT

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabelle, so spacious for myself, husband and 2 sons 17&13. The pool was fantastic, it was cleaned several times during our stay. There was plenty of sun or shade throughout the day all around the villa depending on where you choose to sit. The out door breakfast sitting area was really lovely first thing in the morning for early morning sunshine,then lovely and cool later in the afternoon. The villa itself was clean and fresh looking, it was very private and not overlooked. It took about 10 mims to walk down to the shops and restaurants and we enjoyed a walk into center of Protaras along the board walk some evenings. The location was perfect but we did hire a car which enabled us to shop at Lidl which is on the main road into Protaras. Kishor at Prestige Villas was quick to respond to any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again if we ever return to Cyprus.

Well presented, maintained and equipped villa in good location

I would give this villa an excellent rating. Nicely maintained, well equipped. plenty of towels. Pool/poolside gets lots of sun. Good wifi. Easy walk to village, bit of a trek but doable to beach. so recommend local car hire (we used PROTON in village centre who were good value ok cars and good service. Downside; TV messy to use. Only one front door key which had to be lodged in box beside door for electric to work.(lived in fear of locking ourselves out all week). Strict instruction to use solar heated water supply, but no water pressure if immersion not switched on...... but otherwise excellent

Top class, beautiful villa

A lovely, well maintained and clean villa, situated just outside the main strip (around 10 mins walk) and about 15 mins from the beach. Villa Isobel was well equipped, lovely and clean when we arrived and the letting agency Villas2let were fantastic, they arranged the taxi transfers, beach towels and any little jobs we identified were quickly rectified. The pool and outside are great, pool is a good size with the sun hitting it from around 10am and slowly covering all the pool by about 12 noon. Pool is in full sun until around 15:00 and then starts to go into shade which worked out perfectly for us. There are 2 main outside sitting areas with one area always in the shade and the other by the pool which gets the sun later on. Rooms are a good size, aircon in each bedroom and main open plan area which kept us nice and cool. Pernera itself is fairly quiet, ideal for family with a number of bars and restaurants, plenty of shops and supermarkets. We hired a car and found driving around also very easy. There are several beaches and coves, all in walking distance although there was a lot of works underway when we visited in August 2018 which would make walking a little difficult underfoot if you are not very stable. You can also walk to the much busier Protarus which was about 50 mins walk from the villa along the beautiful coastal paths, we would recommend popping into Zafiros situated on the seafront between Pernera and Protarus for Waffles and a drink, dry good and wonderful setting. Overall, great villa, well equipped and in easy reach of the town and beach and very well equipped and maintained.

Very clean and ideally placed for a quiet break!

We had a lovely week, started off really well when we arrived at the property to find a welcome pack with everything we needed to have breakfast the first morning, even a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. The property is well maintained and clean the staff were extremely helpful and dealt with our little emergency (locked keys inside Villa) quickly and without any fuss given it was almost 10pm! We would recommend this property and would definitely book here again.

Lækker lys villa

På plussiden skal nævnes den store lyse villa, skøn lukket have, god modtagelse, rent, nyere veludstyret køkken. Kiosk og strand indenfor 1 km. Kun 1 badeværelse men til gengæld pænt og velfungerende. Minusser: pool meget slidt, bunden bestod af løse flager. Der var utrolig meget støj, gøende hunde (6-8 timer i træk) håndværkere og trafik alle døgnets timer. Der er langt at gå til supermarked (2-3 km ) i den varme bærende på indkøb så bil kan klart anbefales. Meget hårde senge.

Fully Equipped Villa in a Quiet Location

We spent two weeks at Villa Isabelle, there were five of us including two children. The villa is very well furnished and has all the amenities we required for our stay. The outdoor area is excellent with a large pool and plenty of space for sitting and relaxing in the sun. My family were also visiting Cyprus and we were easily able to entertain ten people. The villa is about a ten minute walk from the center of Pernera which makes it close enough to walk in for shopping or eating out but not close enough to hear the noise from the bars etc. I really struggle with sleeping if the area is noisy but I had no problems here. If you have a car the great beaches, restaurants, attractions and shopping in Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni are a short drive away. Overall our stay was excellent, we spent a lot of time in the villa and would come back from the beach at lunchtime and often spend the rest of the day relaxing here. We had a couple of housekeeping issues and these were addressed within a day by the property managers. The only things that would have improved our stay were that one bathroom is tight for five people and the pool needs re-lining. We'll come back to Cyprus and will definitely stay in Pernera and Villa Isabelle will be near the top of our list for accommodation.

Gorgeous Villa, home from home!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Isabella. Fully equipped with everything you could possible need it was a home from home for us. Pool was lovely and very welcoming and we loved using the BBQ facilities. Highly recommended.
