"Canapé lit très mou. Ce n'était pas explicite lors de la réservation. Nous étions plusieurs au bas de l'immeuble a ne pas trouver le mail pour accéder a l'immeuble. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain. Propreté très mitigée "

"Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "

"Very difficult to get into the property. Arrived a few hours early but couldn’t get in. Information didn’t indicate that codes would not work until check in time. Had to wait outside on the street hoping for assistance from host or management. Eventually had to call (using high cost international minutes) to get replacement codes. Once inside, vinyl flooring was in very poor condition. Good location for our visit, but uneven condition. "

"L'appartamento è datato e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Troppo piccolo per soggiornare in 4, sufficiente per dormirci. Il bagno è in pratica in cucina, abbastanza inopportuno. Per cucinare non c'è spazio dove appoggiare piatti o altro, ci siamo comunque arrangiati in qualche modo. Pulizia okay. Vicino a treni e tram, ristoranti e bar. 20 minuti a piedi per il centro storico."

"Booked this place because it was close to the train station and I got in later at night. For the price it’s decent. My room was hot but it was loud when I opened the window and I couldn’t change the temp setting. The room had what I needed for a two night stay and was clean. A few more check in details would be helpful. "
