Bedroom #3 (Double Bottom and Twin Top Bunk Bed) has rolling containers under the bed. All bedrooms and living room windows have vertical blinds. The modern kitchen with granite island and 3 stools boasts the latest appliances and cookware for the gourmet chef. Stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates and bowls, cups and glasses for 6 people. Flooring is a glossy porcelain tile throughout to help keep the villa cool. The kitchen and bathrooms countertops are beautiful granite. The laundry room is outside under the stairs with easy exterior access to eliminate noise and heat from the villa. Double sliding patio doors off the kitchen and living room, along with huge windows in each bedroom and the stairwell allow for lots of natural light during the day. The rear patio has been enlarged to 10 feet deep and a ceiling fan has been added. The private outdoor pool will be waiting for your arrival. You will find that when you are at the villa, you spend most of your time outdoors in and around the pool. Hedges (Limoncillo) have been planted to line the sides and back of each property and grow up to 8 feet, providing "living" fences. Two Red Palm trees and three trees (lime, orange and avocado) have been planted in the back yard.

The Low (Green) Season (May to November) is just as good or better than the High Season due to the occasional (and usually short) rain events. Sunny and warm 30C every day but everything stays green due to the rain. If you are looking for less people, this is the time for you. September and October are the rainiest months but even then generally there are one or two showers a day that you can plan around because they are usually around the same time of day each day.
