My wife and I love this property and try to stay here whenever I have a race in the area. Very quiet and peaceful, easy to relax and enjoy the alpacas.

Peter and Sarah were helpful, thoughtful and gracious hosts! The place was amazing, can't wait to go back and enjoy the property more (we were on the go with several lakes, wineries and small towns to explore)!

Very cozy, quiet retreat! I loved being in the country (although the unpaved road was a mess in the rain!) I had trouble finding their gate in the dark but Sarah was very patient in helping me navigate to the right place. The apartment was very well equipped with everything I needed

We can't say enough nice things!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The unit has everything you need. The woodwork and all of the art makes for a really cozy stay. Including a fireplace and patio outside to relax and watch the alpacas. We spent a good amount of time relaxing in the hammocks and watching the birds as well. The hosts are just outstanding. So welcoming and accommodating. Their two dogs are also adorable and always very sweet. Again, we can't say enough nice things about the whole stay and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Our race weekend get away

I run ultramarathons in Osawatomie Ks and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the surrounding areas. The apartment was very cozy and welcoming. The hosts had left enough gifts to make your stay pleasant (ie., the snack baskets, toiletries, and incidental needs were met). Even without full cooking areas the host provided easy solutions for quick meals. May wife and I cook with the hot plate burner provided and used the fully equipped BBQ grill to make our after race celebration meal (a 3lb Porterhouse). We loved the alpacas and the prairie view on the patio seating area. We went to bed to early to enjoy the fire pit provided but hope to on our next visit. Check in was easy and loved interacting with the property owners. Wish we could have asked more questions about their lovely farm.
