"When we got there and checked in we found out the boilers were down. Because of the long weekend no was able to come and fix the boilers. So no heat. We did receive one portable heater to keep the unit warm. The management was excellent in helping us to get a couple of more portable heaters for our unit. With the heaters the unit was warm and cozy. I give praise to the management for helping with the no heat situation. Communication was easy. Thank you."

"Amazing Studio with close location to Toby ski lift (30ft) i probably should have read up more because next time we stay here we would just BBQ at condo and enjoy patio as opposed to visit restaurants. They were good but meh over priced and you would have cheaper time drinking and dining at your suite. Deff planning on returning with more people next time"

"Host isn't very responsive. It took 3 emails to have my questions answered...and they were finally answered 24 hours after check in...so more of a show up and find out kinda place. There is only one hair dryer and it is on the main floor so if you are in the upstairs main suite you have to go downstairs to dry your hair...not ideal if you have kids or guests you don't want to wake/disturb. The kitchen was fairly well stocked except for forks...there were 7 to be exact, not enough for 8 guests...

"The location and surrounding area were perfect for a vacation. However, there was a bad smell when we first entered the property, although it improved a little after opening all the windows. The stairs are very steep. Some maintenance work is needed in the washroom, including the locks and holders. Also, the bedrooms only had table lamps, which made the lighting limited."

"The condo is airy and in great shape. The location is very convenient for walking around the village, with the gondola a short stroll away and a ski lift about the same distance but a little uphill. The local convenience store and a pizza place are right in the same building. When arriving, keep in mind the building layout is different. "Parking was convenient, easy access to our rental. Bike storage is extremely poor. Calling it “storage” is deceiving. Locking any bike to a broken wooden bike rack in a public parkade is asking to have it stolen. Dealing with expensive bikes was a problem for us. Please be clear when guests ask if there is secure bike storage the answer is no. Other than that all was good. "
