When you stay at #6 Hearthstone Townhomes, you’ll be close to:
Silver Platter T-Bar (0.5km): In just minutes, you will be up, up and away to Panorama's mountain resort for world-class skiing/snowboarding.

Radium Hot Springs (28km): In just over 30 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to have on your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (16 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Copper Point Golf Club is only a 20-minute drive from Greywolf Lodge.

Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course. Invermere Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning all summer long.

Although the garage is not included in the rental, you will have access to a single parking spot in the driveway. If you require additional parking, the day-use parking lot at the bottom of the hill is available. Please ensure not to block any other unit's driveways.This is a centrally-located condo that is walkable to all of the upper village's top amenities.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. *Only non-shedding dogs are allowed.* Sorry, no cats or shedding dogs. Although non-shedding dogs are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

8. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Location is good. Beds are comfortable. Make sure you have all your groceries, as they drive back to town is a windy roads. If you have someone with you that has mobility problems, this may not be ideal. No restroom on the main floor. Need a cover for the outdoor sectional because if it rains, then it takes a while to dry out. Sitting outside for the mountain views would have been more memorable, if we could have spent more time out there. We did enjoy ourselves and would come back.

Location is great ! Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck .The condo was perfect for our group of 7. Having three bathrooms was handy. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again summer or winter. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love spending time in Panieama.

Cozy place

The property was a nice place to stay for a big group of adults and one toddler, really close to the swimming pools and instructions were easy to follow. Would be better with more towels, tissue boxes and if it was easier to get rid of garbage. Also if travelling with elderly and little kids, there is actually only one parking spot and there are lots of stairs.
