Interior:
The property, on two floors connected by external stairs, covers an area of approximately 215 sq m, GROUND FLOOR – Main entrance; open-plan living room with dining table for six and kitchenette; veranda with sofa and access to the pool; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the garden; bathroom with shower; laundry room (with access from outside). FIRST FLOOR – Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining table and sitting area with access to the furnished terrace; double bedroom; bathroom with tub; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:
The fully-fenced property covers about two hectares of hilly land. The garden, which extends over several terraces, is dotted with centuries-old olive trees and features lawns and stone-paved areas. The large panoramic terrace, half of which is covered by a canopy, is furnished with a dining table and is accessible from the first-floor kitchen or via an external path. On the lower level are the wood-fired oven and the barbecue. Past the automatic iron gate is the parking area with space for three cars covered by a canopy; on the opposite side, a manual gate leads to a further area with two uncovered parking spaces. The garden also features a fenced area for dogs.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The above-ground pool is situated about 1 m from the house. Rectangular, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m. Lined with grey/blue soft-touch PVC, it has a chlorine purification system and a counter-current swimming system. There is a children's pool measuring 1.50 x 1.50 m, with a depth of approximately 20 cm. Access is via four submerged steps. A stone solarium is equipped with sunbeds and a shade sail. A solar shower and internal and external lighting complete the area. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
