  • Este condominio frente a la playa ofrece DOS SILLAS DE PLAYA GRATIS y PARAGUAS cada día de su estadía. Válido entre el 15 de marzo y el 31 de octubre.

    Tropic Winds 1904 es una impecable unidad de ático frente al golfo de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños. En cuanto a las ubicaciones, no mejora mucho: el complejo está situado al oeste de la autopista 79, en el tranquilo extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, cerca de Pier Park. Este espacioso condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar con una cocina totalmente equipada, muebles de alta gama y una decoración contemporánea de playa.

    El dormitorio principal se encuentra justo en el Golfo y ofrece una cama king size, baño privado y vistas panorámicas sin fin. El dormitorio de invitados también tiene una cama king size, mucho espacio de almacenamiento y un baño conectado.

    Disfruta de la cocina mejorada que ofrece encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para hasta 6 adultos cómodamente y hay una barra de desayuno con 4 taburetes adicionales. La sala de estar ofrece un sofá cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Las unidades Tropic Winds cuentan con balcones más profundos que la mayoría de los condominios locales que le brindan espacio adicional para vivir.

    El balcón extragrande de 10 por 28 ofrece una mesa grande con capacidad para hasta 4, con sillas de mimbre y un sofá y sillas al aire libre. El estacionamiento es muy fácil; El propietario tiene un lugar de estacionamiento designado ubicado en el segundo piso justo al lado del elevador. Todos nuestros condominios están totalmente equipados con sábanas de 300 hilos, toallas, paños y su primera ronda de comodidades.

    No fumar, no mascotas, mayores de 25 años, el límite de ocupación es de 6.

Tropic winds is a very up to date with the furnishings staff is very friendly and check in is really helpful. This is the place to stay in panama city beach.

Memorial day weekend stay 2023

The property is amazing, great view, great location, very clean! Id recommend going to the app and screenshotting everything you need to know beforehand bc there was so much information you needed in it and the app kept shutting down.

Beautiful Views

We had the most amazing views from our balcony. Our stay was amazing, and hope to return soon. The only tid bit of a downfall to our stay was the parking. Large SUV's are a bit tight in the spaces, but we made it work. Lol.

The room was beautiful we felt like we were at home. We like having the nice patio furniture on the balcony. We sometimes had a difficult time getting back into the room because the numbers on the keypad would stick.

Loved our stay at Tropic Winds. Greta’s was great to work with. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony that had comfortable furniture. Full size washer and dryer were a plus. Also really liked the reserved parking that was close to the elevators. No riding round and round a parking garage to find a place to park. We will definitely be using Greta’s for our next beach vacation at PCB.

Loved the place. Only set back was the seaweed. Seemed like a lot of it. Wish the water would of been clearer but it didn’t effect our stay at all.

Nothing but positive comments about our experience. Owners very responsive to questions and requests. Website thorough, helpful, and made all details easy to manage. The unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds, quiet, kitchen well-equipped. Substantial, comfortable outdoor furniture on the spacious balcony. Fantastic view. Be sure to bring your binoculars. Highly recommend staying here!
