We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 12th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay.

The unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with composite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed (no bunks) with its own flat screen tv perfect for adults, teens, or younger children. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features tile flooring with fun soothing wall colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the condo SaltAir.

Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. There’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; and a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We were very pleased with our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony is incredible, and the condo itself is comfortable and fully equipped.I just want to mention a small detail: on the first day, we found some black hairs on the bed, which slightly spoiled the impression. Everything else was excellent.

Beautiful place to spend a short vacation with family. Beach was wonderful. Great sunsets from the balcony. Enjoyed the pools and facilities. Great location - short walk or drive restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was overall really great! The view from the balcony was amazing, there was plenty of room inside our condo, and it was equipped with most of the basics. Ana was very responsive any time I reached out. There were a few small things to note about our stay. -If needing to use the “crib” for a baby/toddler, it is just a pack n play, so bringing a mattress for that would likely be preferred as I would not have wanted my little one sleeping in it without one. Thankfully I reached out prior to our stay for the purpose of bringing crib sheets. -There was a box fan available to use (yay!) but it makes a loud ticking noise unless propped up at an angle, but it shakes and will fall. Needs replaced. -The bedside clock had an alarm that went off at 4:45am on our first morning there. Not any fault of the owner, I would just make sure it is either unplugged or off from the prior guests. -Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus!!! The washer definitely could use a good cleaning though. -The light in the guest bathroom had one bulb already out, then the second bulb started flashing when on. We weren't able to unscrew the fixture to unscrew the bulb and both lights come on with one switch, so we had no choice but to deal with the flashing light. -This is the first place I have stayed at right on the beach where the AC works very well and doesn’t have a smell that most do staying so close! The cleanliness and comfort was otherwise great and we would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

This was our second stay at Ana and Norm's condo. Once again, we were impressed with cleanliness of the apartment and amenities provided. The Majestic is the perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is amazing, variety of pools awesome, and location perfect. We will definitely be back.

The condo was the most clean and well maintained I have ever stayed at. Cabin well supplied including laundry detergent, dish washer pods, and beach supplies. The view was breathtaking.The master bedroom bed was extremely hard. The external noise from the road and the elevators all night made it hard to sleep. The pools were shaded and located on sides of condo making them colder than normal. Plenty of pools and easy location to get places

Spring-break getaway

Our family had a great experience at Majestic Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, there was so much to enjoy and explore. The resort is just steps away from the white sandy beach, and within a short walk, we found a variety of fantastic restaurants and stores. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot tub, provided the perfect spots to unwind and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, soaking in some much-needed R & R. We can't wait to visit again!

Mystic Tower 1 Property

Nice property was clean and was also furnished nice. Had nice Hot Tubs and Pools. Easy access to the beach and nice view from Condo Balcony of the Beach..
