A Special Getaway!

Welcome to My Beach House located only a five minute stroll from the 'World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Take a relaxing vacation with your family with everything you'll need to enjoy a wonderful vacation on Panama City Beach. We are located between Front Beach and Back Beach Road approximately 5 miles West of the Pier Park area and about 1.5 miles East of Inlet Beach Heights area. The Publix, Aldi and The Carousel grocery stores all within 2 miles. We also have a Dollar General about 2 blocks away on Back Beach Road, very convenient. Wal-Mart and Target are located in the Pier Park area which is minutes away by car (5 miles). 2 master bedrooms, 1 bath located on the West end of Panama City Beach where it's quiet and private. My Beach House sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 queen size beds and a queen sofa sleeper. Sit and enjoy the sun room to relax. We have two dining areas inside the home. Three TV's one in the living room and one in each bedroom, both with Direct satellite TV. A fully stocked kitchen when it comes to everything you need including, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, two coffee makers one Keurig and one traditional drip, coffee grinder for your convenience, all the pots and pans, baking pans, coffee cups, coffee filters, can opener, some spices, all dishes, utensils, steak knives, pizza pan, pie plates, wine stoppers, even the apron for making your spaghetti, garlic press and grating the cheese, wine glasses, tea pitchers, juice pitchers, and for dessert ice cream scoop. All linens needed for your stay just bring your beach towels. Washer and dryer inside the home with cleaning supplies. We supply a starter supply of paper towels, and toilet paper. Back home you can brag - you should visit My Beach House and see the beautiful emerald coast on Panama City Beach!

We have a gas grill - we supply the gas bottle you may have to switch it out for a new supply of gas. We have a covered gazebo with chairs to relax under. We also have an outside shower for the days at the beach. The backyard is fenced in to help keep your little ones safe. We have a beach wagon to help carry your beach supplies if you decide to walk - it's in the backyard. We have parking in front and beside the home.

We are locals so we've experienced the beauty of our white sands that literally glow in the sun, the truly remarkable sunsets and seafood to die for and would love for you and your family to see it for yourselves.

We offer discounts to Fire Fighters and Active/Retired Military so please email or call for more information. We also have special deals throughout the year so watch for them.

Our trip was amazing! The house was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. Was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Terri was an awesome host and was very responsive and helpful. Absolutely would recommend a stay here!

Excellent House!

Let me start off by saying my wife and I loved this house, it had everything we needed. As soon as we walked in the entire house was very well organize and very clean! If you are looking for a nice place too stay during your visit we definitly reccomend this rental home.

Needed a getaway!

Loved the home! Had everything we needed and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The walk to the beach was easy and grocery stores were a very short drive away. It was great having a washer/dryer. My husband even thanked me for choosing this place!

Great cottage!

We try to attend PCB’s bike rally each year and this is my favorite place to stay thus far. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were luxurious…. Would love some for my own home. Terri was available and responsive when needed. We will definitely try to come back next trip. Becky and Lewis

The house was nice. ....One down size to us was the owner did not want "frying"in the kitchen. Well sometimes we like something fried for a sandwich,etc. We like to cook most of our meals at some point probably includes frying....but didn't know this until after we had booked it (instructions from owner)..... Then the back yard was not cut so we didn't use the grills.....

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice little beach house, tastefully decorated. We like this area because it’s less crowded. Owners were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Beach House

This is a very lovely beach house!! It has everything you need in the kitchen for preparing a meal. Especially loved have a Keurig!! The pictures are just as the house is with the exception of the backyard. Pictures show shades around the gazebo but there were none. We wanted to grill one night but the tank was empty....which we were told up front that it was a possibility that it might be empty. We just didn't really want to pay for a full tank & leave it as that can get expensive. All in all, we had a wonderful time & would certainly consider staying there again. Terri was so easy to work with always responded quickly to any questions we had! Wonderful beach trip!!

Emerald Coast Cruizin

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very well maintained and stocked. We went for Emerald Coast Cruizin car show but unfortunately the weather was pretty wet and our Mustang wiper motor quit so we didn't bring it. We decided to just go and enjoy the time away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and not far from the beach and the venue. All and all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Loved this place

The pictures of this cottage does not do it justice. There was seven of us and we all had plenty of space and I loved that it was within walking distance to the beach. My children had room to run in the back yard. I will definitely be staying there again.

This was the cutest beach house. Very comfy and welcoming. Great neighborhood close to the beach and but away from all the crowded parts which was fine with us!! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was more than enough room for all of us. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Terry was great to help us with any questions we had. The property was very clean and well kept. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing stay here! The house was incredibly clean— I can be picky about cleanliness and I was thoroughly impressed! I can tell that Terri takes pride in her properties and makes sure everything is clean and orderly. We had no issues walking to the beach with our kids (ages 6 and 4) and the house felt very welcoming and homey— just the right amount of beach decor without going overboard. We definitely hope to stay here again and again!

Nice place to stay

We really loved the beach here. The house was a short 5 blocks walk and the wagon supplied was helpful in taking all our towels and chairs and cooler. Loved the shower-my hair has never felt so soft! Overall, a nice stay.

Great place!

We loved our stay. Quick walk to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood that is not too close to the Panama City tourists, but also just a quick 10 minute drive to all activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Quite Cozy

I have to say that we were 100% pleased with the house and the owner's. Checked in Thursday evening, sent owner an email at 6:00am (Friday) to let her know that the A/C unit outside fan was not coming on. Told her that we were going deep sea fishing but that if she needed access to the house that my dog would be there and that she is friendly. Literally, by the time we got back from fishing, she already had someone out to look at the A/C. I would rent this home again.
